Wash the rice water water 3 times then pour the salt and let rest 2. In a bowl marinate your chicken with turmeric salt and pepper then when done fry in a pan. In the same pan pour your onions, garlic and sauté them. Once fragrant add the tomato paste then boiling water. Once it simmered add the chicken back and pour your Saffron water over the chicken and cover and simmer on low. 3. In a pot pour boiling water and add the rice once it’s cooked strain it. In the same pot add oil and taftoon bread and add the rest of the rice pile it up into a mountain then poke holes in the rice and place a paper towel and lid. 4. For the zereshk add your zereshk and butter and sugar then mix and cook until the sugar and butter melts. 5. Final step is to plate start with the rice and add a bit into a bowl with the saffron water and pour the amount of rice to your plate with the saffron rice and zereshk on top. Add a few chicken thighs with the sauce then the taftoon tahdig on the side 6. Enjoy your tasty Zereshk polo ba Morgh!!

One of the trickiest parts about making meringues is separating the eggs from the yolks so I simplify by using @burnbraefarms Naturegg Simply Egg Whites and whipping in a little espresso and cocoa to make these adorable, and delicious, mocha meringue cookies!   Find the full recipe below! Mini Mocha Meringue Cookies   Hands on time: 20 minutes Total Time: 3 hours 20 minutes Makes: 48 cookies   Ingredients:   1/2 cup Burnbrae Naturegg Simply Egg Whites ¼ tsp cream of tartar Pinch of salt 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder (hazelnut) 2 tsp cocoa powder 1 cup granulated sugar     Preheat oven to 200F (93C). Line 1 extra-large (or two regular) sheet pan with parchment paper.   In stand mixer bowl, combine Natuegg Simply Egg Whites, cream of tartar and salt. Whisk on low speed until frothy. Add instant coffee and cocoa powder. Increasing speed gradually, add sugar, 1 tsp at a time, until fully incorporated. Continue to whisk until mixture becomes marshmallowy and can hold a stiff peak, about 6-8 minutes.   Transfer mixture to piping bag or large zipper bag. If using zipper bag, snip a 1 cm diameter tip off of one bottom corner. Carefully pipe 48 cookies onto sheet man.   Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off and allow cookies to cool for an additional 2 hours. Do not open oven. Cookies should be light and completely dried throughout. Just pour it right into the mixing bowl, whisk together with a few simple ingredients and you’re done! They cook up in a snap and I love to stuff them full of freshly-picked strawberries and whipped cream. This is a dessert or decadent brunch treat! Find the full recipe below! Summer Strawberry and Whipped Cream-Stuffed Crepes   Hands on time:  30 minutes Total Time:  1 hour 30 minutes Makes: 6 pancakes   Ingredients: 3/4 cup Burnbrae EGG Creations! Whole Eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup +1 tbsp s all-purpose flour 2 tsp granulated sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted   1 cup 35% whipping cream (Tip: use canned whipped cream to save time) 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract   1 ½ cups sliced summer strawberries 6 small strawberries to garnish Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)     In bowl, whisk together Burnbrae EGG Creations! Whole Eggs and milk. Add flour, sugar and salt; whisk until no lumps remain. (Optional: sift through a fine mesh sieve) Let sit for a minimum of one hour or overnight in refrigerator.   Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brush skillet with butter. Pour 1/3 cup batter into skillet, tilting and swirling to coat bottom.   Cook, flipping when edge begins to curl away from skillet, and pancake is light golden. Repeat with remaining batter.   In bowl of stand mixer, combine cream, sugar and vanilla. Whisk until stiff peaks.   Distribute cream and strawberries equally between lower third of crepes.
