  3. A week ago, I was competing at The World Championship in Baku🇦🇿 After a great first match in the round of 64 against AIN🏳️, I had a disappointment lost in my second fight with Kazakhstan🇰🇿 . There is nothing worst than the feeling of losing something you have work so hard for. After losing, obviously I was angry, sad, unsatisfied and felt like a disappointment. Those emotions are nothing but negative ones and I hate feeling like this! It took me a couple days to accept my performance and to see all the positive side of things. At this level, everyone wants it has bad as you, everyone work has hard as you, everyone can beat each other, everyone has a shot! I have realized it all comes to WHO as their mind more in the game that day. Unfortunately, my mind played tricks on me. But working hard with 🧠@mindlock_ to master this powerful art. Grateful to be supported by such an incredible team🇨🇦 @taekwondocanada, my coach 🗣️ @cameztkd, my nutritionist 🍽️ @jositanguay, my family and my club🥋 @hldtaekwondo that are giving their 100% every day to help me achieve my goals. During the past week, I had some good moments of reflections that I want to share with you. 1. Being among the best is hard, but being the best of the best is incredibly harder! 2. Doing things with a smile and with passion will make it easier and more memorable. 3. It’s okay to lose, only if you learn from it. (My dad always tells me “you win or you learn”.) He is right!! 4. We all have different reasons to do what we do and the sacrifices that comes with it. But our WHY is not worth less or more then someone else. It simply needs to be really meaningful to you, to fuel you during the hard times. 5. You are not the only one struggling. If it’s hard for you, it’s probably hard for a lot of people! 6. Nourishing your mind with positivity will bring positive outcome. 7. Surround yourself with people you trust and who believe in you. 8. Losers stay losers only if they quit. And I’m not a loser! 😉 Now in Rome, Italy 🇮🇹 Ready for the first Grand Prix of the year. The top 32 athletes in each Olympic divisions will fight this weekend. Fighting this Sunday! Let’s gooo! 👊🏼💥🇨🇦

Comment ma grossesse m’a appris à écouter mon corps La révélation de ma grossesse a eu l’effet d’une épiphanie à mes yeux, une mission sacrée m’avait été confiée : celle de porter la vie en moi, dévoilant ainsi ma raison d’être. Mon corps, devenu le jardin fertile où mon bébé se développait, est devenu le centre de toutes mes attentions. Au cours de cette période, j’ai redécouvert le yoga, une pratique que j’avais délaissée pendant plus d’un an lorsque les studios ont fermé leurs portes en raison de la covid. Le yoga est devenu le moyen par lequel j’ai appris à écouter mon corps, à l’honorer, à danser avec ses mouvements, mais aussi à lui offrir le réconfort nécessaire. Alors que l’approche de l’accouchement suscitait en moi une appréhension profonde, le yoga m’a procuré une préparation physique et une sérénité face à cet événement redouté. La pratique douce du yoga a également été salvatrice pour ma santé, contrôlant ainsi mon diabète gestationnel. Il m’a accompagnée tout au long du post-partum, favorisant la récupération tant physique que mentale, et a apporté un soutien précieux lors d’une période d’allaitement de presque deux ans. Ma grossesse a été le catalyseur qui m’a enseigné à respecter et vénérer mon corps, à renouer avec mon énergie féminine sacrée, et le yoga est devenu le moyen d’exprimer cette célébration. Le yoga est une pratique qui a changé ma vie, c’est d’ailleurs vers lui que je me suis tournée lors de ma séparation. Il a toujours été là pour m’accompagner dans les moments difficiles autant que dans les moments de bonheur. En partageant ici des mouvements, des séquences, des postures et des pensées, mon souhait est de vous inspirer à écouter, aimer et vénérer votre corps comme le temple qu’il est. #yogapratice #selflove #motherhood
