Min bästa tomatsås!🫶🏼 Du behöver: (för 4-5 portioner) 800g hela San Marzano-tomater på burk 1-2 dl olivolja 1-2 finhackade schalottenlökar 6 vitlöksklyftor, finhackade 0,5 msk chiliflakes 1 msk fänkålsfrön 1-2 msk socker 2 msk tomatpuré Några nävar färsk basilika 25g smör Salt och svartpeppar efter smak Börja med att fräsa schalottenlök i olivoljan utan att ta färg. Gå sen i med vitlök, fänkålsfrön och chiliflakes. Gå i med tomatpuré och låt fräsa 2-3 minuter. Häll i burktomaterna och hälften så mycket vatten, socker och låt sedan sjuda 30 minuter eller något sånt. Rör runt med jämna mellanrum. Vi vill att den kokar ner och blir rätt tjock och mustig, sen går vi i med smör och basilika. Smaka upp med salt och svartpeppar, kanske en gnutta socker till? Lita på dig själv. Blanda runt med valfri pastasort och låt gifta ihop sig. Kanske toppa med något så gott som burrata och pancetta, eller pinjenötter… u do u! Servera med pasta eller varför inte med lite gott bröd. In addition, we have documented 284 arrests of Kurdish women and girls in Iranian Kurdistan during the protests. Many face arbitrary detention, torture, rape and unfair trials. We are extremely concerned by chemical attacks on more than 200 girl’s schools resulting in over 1500 girls hospitalized. We express our deep concern about the systematic repression and persecution against Kurdish defenders, cultural activists, artists, journalists, lawyers including Mr. Salih Nikbakht, the lawyer of Jina Amini’s family who has been charged with “propaganda against the state”.   1. They say all good things must come to an end. But I don’t really see this as the end of something. I see this as the beginning of something. I put everything I had into SNS over the years. I’m not talking about money - I didn’t have any money. I took one of those 18% interest rate loans of around $10.000 to finance our start. I am talking about all my energy, love and dedication. And it has been such an rewarding journey. Financially - sure. SNS went from backstreets to global - spearheading the explosive growth of the Sneaker Industry - with a current turnover of around $100 million and with a strong growth ahead of us. But I am talking about all the other things SNS has given me. All the people I got to know, all the talent I got to work with. And everything I learned over the years. I have been living my dream since 1999. In retrospect, I have realized that my passion for sneakers was a part of me wanting to belong to a bigger culture. It was about that life & culture around Fashion, Music, Art and Basketball. Rooted in the culture around the Hiphop movement that came out of New York during the 80’s and 90’s. And I am proud to say that SNS has played, and continues to play our part of uplifting creatives within those pillars. Locally connected and globally relevant. I am confident that the team now will power through and continue to win our audience hearts and minds every day, but without me being there on a daily basis to cheer them on. With that - I want to let everybody know that as of June 1st, I no longer work at SNS. I’m still deaply engaged in SNS as shareholder and I sit on the Board of Directors focused on Strategy. But on a day-to-day basis, it is time for me to move on now. As unrestricted free agent - I am looking to support creatives and see how I can use the experience I collected over the years to help new and established brands to build their future. I want to thank everybody that has supported SNS and myself over the years. I would never been able to take it this far without you all 🙏 Now - Come at me world!
