HOW TO build an igloo in your backyard ⛄️ Materials: •snow and water •food colouring •lasagne trays or plastic containers •watering can •large plastic tub for mixing the sludge You will need temps of at least -7°C or below. The colder the better. Make the ice bricks using water and food colouring in lasagne trays or plastic containers. We bought 40 lasagne trays and froze about 180-200 bricks. To stick the bricks together use a mixture of snow and water and spray with the watering can to seal any gaps. It took us about 3 days working on and off to complete the igloo. The smile on Figs face when we were finished made it 100% worth it! Je n’avais pas encore pris le temps de partager ces photos de la rentrée, et pourtant elles sont tellement spéciales pour nous 🤍 Charlize a fait sa toute première rentrée cette année, et je crois qu’on peut dire que son sourire, c’est le visage du bonheur ✨ Ses grands frères étaient tellement fiers et protecteurs… un vrai petit moment de magie de les voir avancer tous les trois ensemble vers cette nouvelle année scolaire. Et j’en profite pour partager un petit “tips” qui pourra peut-être aider certaines d’entre vous. Au @collegeduleman, les enfants peuvent commencer dès 2 ans (et pas besoin qu’ils soient déjà propres !). Ils continuent à faire la sieste, les classes sont toutes petites (7 enfants pour Charlize) et le programme est pensé pour cet âge-là. Pour nous, qui avons beaucoup galéré à trouver des places en crèche avec Léo puis Axel, ça a été une vraie révélation. C’est une alternative à laquelle on ne pense pas toujours, mais honnêtement, c’est une solution incroyable quand on cherche une place de garde et surtout avec une qualité pédagogique qui nous bluffe au quotidien.💛 Je vais faire encadrer ces photos, je les aime trop 😍

Pour ne pas en rester là, la grossesse a Mylann a été très compliqué également avec des douleurs à la symphyse pubienne appeler le syndrome de lacomme ( Google est ton ami) à chaque pas que je faisais surtout la nuit j’avais l’impression qu’on me brisait un os. J’en pleurais de douleurs. J’avais hâte que ça se finisse. Puis Mylann il est né, c’est un vrai petit ange qui pleure rarement et me fait des très bonne nuits depuis le début. Encore une fois il a voulu me montrer que chaque bébé est différent ainsi que chaque grossesse. Même les placards, j’avais besoin de vide. Et demandez moi pas pourquoi mais je sentais que c’était pour le 6 janvier, bien sûr fallait bien que ce soit un petit roi. Le 5 janvier au soir je commence à avoir des contractions, mais pas comme d’habitude, celle-ci sont pas seulement au niveau du ventre mais aussi dans le dos et dans les fesses. Je contracte chaque 7-8 min. Je prend un bain, les contractions se calment et vers 22h30 j’étais tellement fatiguée que je me suis endormie jusqu’à 4h30 où j’ai de nouveau des contractions. J’avais mon rendez-vous programmé à 10h30. Donc bon, je ne me stress pas, elles ne sont pas régulières, je fais comme d’habitude malgré les contractions qui piquent par moment, je m’occupe de la maison et des petits avant de partir. Je prends toutes mes affaires. J’arrive là bas elle m’examine directement. Je suis ouverte à 2 doigts large et au monitoring je contracte régulièrement. Elle m’envoie marcher autour de l’hôpital pas trop loin et je devais revenir 1 h après direct en salle d’accouchement. On part faire les magasins. Je contracte chaque 2-3 min. On s’arrête quand même manger un macdo vu qu’on ne sait pas à quoi s’attendre. On arrive, mon col n’a pas bouger. Et plus aucune contraction. J’étais dépitée. J’avais qu’une envie c’était accouché et là on me fait rentrer à la maison. Bon je dois encore attendre le médecin, signer des papiers et tout et avant de partir j’ai le droit au fameux décollement des membranes. C’est désagréable mais supportable. La sage femme me dit au vue de comment est mon col, on se revoit tout à l’heure. Mais je n’y crois absolument pas. On rentre il est passé 16h. Et les contractions reprennent à peine sortie de l’hôpital. Für die super Betreuung von Hebammen, Pflegerinnen, Ärzte und Ärztinnen sowie Stillberaterinnen bei Geburt, Wochenbett und Nachbetreuung im @spitalbuelach . Für die kompetente und unglaublich liebevolle Betreuung durch die Pflegerinnen, Ärzte und Ärztinnen sowie Stillberaterinnen der Neonatologie des @kantonsspitalbaden - welche sich nicht nur um Noè kümmerten, sondern auch uns Eltern in der neuen und schwierigen Situation zur Seite standen!   3. ☺️Was du siehst: Eindrücke unseres Newborn-Shootings vor genau zwei Wochen, als Nuala genau eine Woche alt war. 📸Das Shooting haben wir natürlich wieder mit @beefotografie.ch gemacht, wie bereits unser Belly-Shooting. Wir lieben ihre natürlichen authentischen Bilder und es ist immer super angenehm, sympa, unkompliziert und doch professionell mit Beryll zu arbeiten. ➡️Falls du Familienbilder möchtest, ein Belly- und/oder ein Newborn Shooting, dann schau bei Berry vorbei. Sie hat sogar das Angebot, dass sie für dich ein Fotoalbum erstellt, denn meist nimmt man sich das vor aber kommt nicht dazu. 🤔Was du nicht siehst: Ich wurde, bereits bevor ich Mutter war, immer wieder gefragt, wie ich dazu stehe, Kinder in den Sozialen Medien zu zeigen. 🚫Ich persönlich möchte niemandem vorschreiben, was zu tun und was zu lassen ist.
