Понекогаш и претешки… Последните шест месеци се случуваше да имам по два тренинга на ден, барем три пати неделно. И тоа еден тренинг со @lazominovski (верувајте он знае да биде многу строг тренер!) и уште еден со мојот најзгоден персонален тренер @edina_musa . Тотално излегување од мојата комфорт зона. Луѓето што ме дружеа во овој период веројатно чувствуваа подеми и падови во мојот мајндсет. Легнување пред 22ч, станување пред 6ч наутро. Тренинг утрински, тренинг вечерен, тренинг полноќен. Алкохол нула. Џанк фуд - скоро нула. Дружби со најблиските сѐ поретко. Чекор по чекор градење на беспрекорна психофизичка подготвеност, и сѐ тоа за само една ноќ. Таа ноќ е Summit push. Стартував на полноќ, и го дадов последниот атом енергија во себе за да се изборам со овој монструм. Ама Даблам е многу повеќе од “хималајски врв”. Тоа е монструм. Тој е позахтевен од повеќето осум илјадарски врвови на Хималаите. Почитуван од цела хималајска фела. Да се стапне на врвот немам опис за емоциите. Тоа треба да се доживее за да се разбере. Мѐ скрши на пола, но ми дозволи да го допрам со сета своја убавина. Повеќе инфо и видеа ќе следуваат следниве денови. Благодарам на поддршката.
