If you were to search for the perfect running form, there is an exact definition and you will probably spot it pretty well on an elite East African runner. BUT Have a look at all the best runners in the world and you will notice they all run slightly differently as everyone’s body is different and may not perform optimally when forced into “perfect” running form.
