Also, they can be composted at the end of their use, which is great. BUT! FAKE TREES: If you choose a good quality plastic tree, take really good care of it, you can use it and reuse it for many years. BUT! Fake trees are often made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is one of the naughtiest plastics. They are often made abroad, like in China, so their transport footprint is huge., Trees made from PVC are difficult to recycle and so end up going to landfill, where they will never biodegrade. So if you choose a fake tree, make sure you keep it and reuse it many many years! Just under 5 months in to taking things seriously again with gym / fitness. 101.6kg > 80kg 😎Crazy how much your life can change mentally and physically just from a small amount of discipline and daily consistency.
