Last summer, they were fully booked in under 3 mins! ⭐️ “How can you be a personal trainer and not show your own body transformation online?” ⭐️ I do not need or seek validation from strangers online, plus if you think being a good personal trainer is just about having a so-called perfect body, you’re very mistaken. Actually, not being perfect has worked in my favor as women can relate to me. ⭐️ “What’s your day job? You can’t run a fitness business only.” ⭐️8 years in! Yes, you can!⭐️ “How can you PT without working in a commercial gym?” ⭐️I created a brand that’s mine, and I’m in control. You can make it work! With hard work⭐️ “Why don’t you train men?” ⭐️Because I don’t need or choose to.⭐️ “Are you sure the fitness industry is for you? It’s very image-based.” ⭐️What’s wrong with my image? Fitness is for everyone! ⭐️ “The only way you will make it work is with funding.” ⭐️I’ve been blessed with clients that believe in me. That’s all the funding I need. I may not have a million-pound business but I’m rich, surrounded by people I love!⭐️ “Most personal trainers quit after 18 months.” ⭐️MOST! Not all.✌🏻 But despite all the times I’ve been told “no,” I am the woman who will not give up. Each rejection, each setback, only fuels my determination to prove them wrong. I believe in LC Fitness, I am strong, and I am capable of achieving great things. I believe in myself, my ideas, and my abilities.   3. ✨ An End of an Era ✨ After nearly nine years as a personal trainer, I’ve made the big decision to step away from 1:1 PT and focus on new opportunities. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of coaching some of the most incredible women—helping them not just with fitness, but with confidence, mindset, and personal growth. And I’m proud to say: I’ve made a real difference, and I’m happy with that. This isn’t goodbye! I’ll still be leading group fitness and staying active in the fitness industry—just in a different way.
