Fragile and Due to retire, but worked another year for a £10,000 kitchen 😡😡 10 months later, they have not fixed or finished the kitchen 🚰They are ignoring our calls and emails 📱 The staff are not helping and we are stuck. 😭😭 My grandparents suffer with mobility issues and are left to struggle in a kitchen that they paid £10k for from @Wickes @wickes_trade_stirchley 😞😡 The kitchen sink collapsed after 1 month of being fitted as Wickes did not put a suitable support in😢My family cannot afford to cover the costs & have been told not to mess with it as it’ll be “fixed”🙏🏼 My family are FORCED to drain their meals outside over steps. 🥔 They haven’t levelled off our cupboards or sides and they are blantaly uneven👌🏼 The cupboards are meant to be slow closing, but they just slam and they are also missing their lights💥 The electric is still hanging out and was meant to be fixed straight away😢 This kitchen is a health and safety hazard for my elderly grandparents. They want is stripped and gone because all the excitement is gone.
