A bed of tomato sauce, centered with a creamy burrata, surrounded by a charred shishito & peach salad, topped with a lemon burrata dressing, garnished with black pepper, chives, salt flakes and love! Another perfect summer dish! Feeds 4 recipe! For the tomato sauce: In a pan 4 tbsp olive oil in a medium heat 8 cups of cherry tomatoes seared and broken down 2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp black pepper Once broken down, emulsified in a blender until a creamy liquid. For the salad: 12 shishito peppers grilled (olive oil and salt) 2 peaches cut in 8 grilled (olive oil and salt) 4 cups cherry tomatoes cut in halves Half squeezed lemon 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper season Toss everything together lightly For the burrata sauce: 2 cups burrata chopped 5 Basel leaves torn 2 tbsp plain yogurt 1.5 squeezed lemon 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp salt Blend everything together with a handheld blender until a liquid dressing For croutons: 1 big piece of inside of sour dough Covered with olive oil Bake in over for about 30 minutes on 350 degrees F, monitor until golden brown Garnish with: Plate, sauce base, burrata in middle, surround with salad, spread the croutons, put the burrata dressing, pepper, diced chives, salt flakes, and enjoy!! #chef #cooking #salad #peach #burrata #lunch #dinner #summersalad #recipe #food #tomato #tomatoes

Boil ramen according to package, and season with sauce. Wet rice paper, then add ramen, cheese, and onions. Roll up into a spiral then pan fry until crispy. Fill with mozzerella cheese and wrap tightly. Mix water and baking soda, then brush on balls. Bake at 425 F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown. Mix garlic butter ingredients together.   2. The sun has set on @clvc_14_red season! And what a season it was. These girls had many ups and downs. But the growth these girls showed this season was amazing! Not only did they grow as players, but more importantly as young women. They learned so what it truly meant to function as a team, to be committed to each other on and off the court and to absolutely never give up. They could have easily decided to shut down and quit when things got tough, or they were asked to do things outside of their comfort zone. Add 1 tablespoon Epis and sauté until fragrant. Let it cook down and release all that garlic, herb, and pepper flavor. 2️⃣ Add your cooked red beans. Season with sazon, Creole seasoning, bouillon, and Badia All-Purpose. Mix well. 3️⃣ Pour in ½ can unsweetened coconut milk. Stir and bring to a boil. 4️⃣ Since we’re using 3 cups of rice, total liquid should equal 4 cups (including coconut milk). Adjust water accordingly. 5️⃣ Once boiling, add your washed and drained rice.
