Todavía lo recuerdo! 🤍 👨🏻‍🍳RINDE: PARA 2 PORCIONES 🌾INGREDIENTES: 2 tazas de leche 1 taza de agua 1/2 taza de avena instantánea 2 cucharadas de azúcar 1 raja de canela 1 pizca de sal 1 cucharadita de vainilla 1 cucharadita de mantequilla Canela en polvo adicional para terminar PROCEDIMIENTO En una olla a fuego medio combina la leche, el agua, la raja de canela, el azúcar y la pizca de sal y deja que caliente hasta que suelte vapor por 3 -4 minutos.Añade la avena instantánea y mezcla sin parar para que no se pegue. Cocina de 3 a 5 minutos moviendo hasta que espese cremosa. Agrega la vainilla y mezcla bien. Si la quieres más suelta añade un chorrito extra de leche, si la quieres más espesa déjala un minuto adicional. Añade la cucharadita de mantequilla mezcla bien apaga el fuego tapa y deja reposar 3 minutos .
