There is magic in chasing the sunrise, a beauty that fuels my passion for running! So, my day starts with waking up at 5:00 am and I meditate for 10-15 minutes. Then, I change to my running gear that I usually plan the night before. Followed by a quick hydration of 500 ml of water and fueling with some dates.
