  3. كان التحدي ذهني أكثر منه جسدي .. في عالم رياضات المسافات الطويلة نحتاج بشكل أساسي نبني ونعزز عندنا مفهوم #الصلابة_الذهنية اللي بدونها من الصعوبة انك تستمر وتواصل .. ف مثل ما انك تمرن جسمك لزيادة اللياقة والتحمل .. كذلك تمرن ذهنك على التحمل والمواصلة وعدم الانسحاب رغم الضغوطات والتحديات اللي يتعرض لها الانسان في الحياة بشكل عام وتشغل حيز كبير من ذهنه و تفكيره .. وأن لا يستسلم للمستحيل والصعوبات اللي من الممكن أن تشكل له عائق في مواصلة رحلة تطوير الذات وتعزز من جودة الحياة اللي يجب أن يسعى الانسان للحصول عليها. فقررت اني اركض هاذي المسافة دعمًا لجميع الأشخاص وتوعيةً لأهمية أن يتسلحون بهذه الصفة ويعززون عندهم مفهوم الصلابة الذهنية .. وإرسال رسالة لهم بأن هناك أمل دائم في الحياة عن طريق هذه الصفة حتى يستطعيون انهم ينجزون مختلف أعمالهم ومسئولياتهم ويتخلون عن عاداتهم السيئة ويتجاوزون المراحل الصعبة في حياتهم .. إضافةً بأنه الاستمرارية في الرياضة تحتاج إلى التسلح بالصلابة الذهنية خصوصًا في البدايات اللي عادةً ما تكون صعبة وثقيلة على الانسان .. وبالتالي يحافظون على صحتهم الجسدية والنفسية و ويعززون من جودة حياتهم الشخصية بشكل عام. تمرين اليوم كان عبارة عن ركضة طويلة مسافة ٥١ كم .. تم تقسيمها على خمسة مراحل كل مرحلة فيها مسافة ١٠ كم .. بداية التحدي الساعة ١٠ مساءً والنهاية ٤ وربع فجرًا. #تحديات #أمل #صلابة_ذهنية #الصحة_النفسية #الصحة_العقلية #استمرارية #رياضة #ماراثون #الترا_ماراثون

  2. Nearly 6 years ago to this very day, I quit my job at Sephora US, sold my stuff, packed up what was left, and moved half way around the world - all in the name of dream chasing. Fast forward to this moment today, where I had the opportunity to buy my products, one of the first feminine wellness brands in @sephoramiddleeast , right off the shelves. Talk about full circle. I am still wrapping my brain around what this entire journey has brought thus far, but I thought it was important to share a couple of things I’ve learned along the way: - If you don’t ask, the answer will always be no. Ask for what you want. Give yourself the chance. - The road to your dreams is not linear. You will fail, fall, and f*ck up many times. What matters is that you get back up and keep going for it. In the end that’s what makes the difference. - That thing you feel right in the core of you when you truly believe in something? That’s purpose. Your guiding light. Let that lead you when things try to throw you off your path. - Don’t shy away from fighting for yourself, what you believe in, what you deserve- because people will try to shortchange you. Know your worth. Get it in writing. - Work hard, and it will all be worth it. Excuse me while I go cry and pinch myself simultaneously. 🥹🤍
