  3. Job gekündigt, die Wohnung aufgelöst und einfach mal losgefahren. Genau vor drei Jahren parkte ich mein Haus das erste Mal direkt am einsamen Strand in Griechenland. Es war der Anfang vom wohl grössten Abenteuer meines Lebens. Nun stehe ich wieder hier, nach einer intensiven Reise durch Welten, die mir bisher fremd waren. Auch emotionale. Dass ich drei Jahre später meinen Kaffee alleine am Strand trinken werde, hätte ich damals nicht für möglich gehalten. Aber ebenso hätte ich niemals gedacht, dass ich mit meinem Van einmal durch die grünen Wadis im Oman oder die sandigen Wüsten in Saudi Arabien gefahren sein werde. Geplant war alles anders, aber die ganze Reise bis hierhin zurück an den Ort wo alles begann, war dennoch einfach unglaublich schön. Der Kreis schliesst sich, ich bin heute wieder genau so glücklich wie damals und lasse das Mittelmeer mit besten Erinnerungen und grosser Dankbarkeit für alles langsam im Rückspiegel von meinem fahrenden Zuhause verschwinden 🌅

Who needs sun when the vibes are this bright? ☀️✨ Hier unsere kurze Trailrunning-Route: Gestartet sind wir in Wasserauen, von dort ging’s direkt bergauf zur Alp Bommen – perfekte erste Pause mit einer richtig feinen Käseplatte 🧀. Danach weiter über schmale Trails zum legendären Äscher, und von dort runter zum Seealpsee. Trotz nur etwa 15 °C Wassertemperatur gab’s eine kurze Abkühlung 🧊🌊. Zurück ging’s dann easy runter zum Parkplatz. Insgesamt ca. 8 km und 700 hm – kurz, knackig und mit allem, was ein guter Trailrun braucht 💪⛰️ #running #trailrunning #switzerland #hiking

  3. À deux on est plus fort 🫂💪🏼❤️‍🔥 Honnêtement, la surprise était de taille ! On ne pensait pas pouvoir atteindre ce résultat-là. Encore moins deux semaines après la course à Genève. Une fois de plus le sport nous a fait apprendre. Il nous a montré à quel point tout est possible & qu’à deux on est plus fort. Du début à la fin on s’est soutenu, encouragé, complété et surtout on a profité de ce moment unique ensemble.🤍 Au delà du chrono et de la performance, on retient surtout toutes les émotions vécues ensemble durant cette course et à quel point on devient plus fort sportivement mais surtout personnellement parlant. Dans tous ces moments de dépassement, de retranchement, où le mental est mis à rude épreuve, on apprend surtout à se reconnecter à nous-même, à vivre pleinement le moment présent, à être reconnaissant et à croire en nous 🙌🏼 Alors croyez en vous, entourez-vous des bonnes personnes et donnez-vous les moyens d’y arriver. Même si cela représente quelques sacrifices, quelques moments de doutes et quelques coups durs : ça en vaut toujours la peine 💫🙏🏼
