Respirar fundo e lembrar que ainda estou aqui. 9-10) O corpo quer mexer. Mesmo lesionada, mesmo com o braço parado… o resto queria vida. @ironbrothers_lab 11) Dia 4 de abril. Cirurgia. Chegou o momento. Foco, coragem e confiança. 12) Cirurgia feita. Correu bem. Agora começa a verdadeira recuperação. 13) O raio-X mostra parafusos. Sou oficialmente ironwoman. 14) Primeira comida depois da operação. Uma barrinha nunca soube tão bem. @super_vegan_fitness 15-16) Hora de voltar. Alta hospitalar. Sem gesso, corpo cansado, mas coração tranquilo. 17) Mas nem tudo foi linear. Voltei às urgências horas depois com muitas dores.   3. Arouca voltou a afirmar-se como epicentro do trail running nacional no fim de semana de 21 e 22 de junho, com a realização da 19.ª edição do Ultra Trail Serra da Freita. O evento atraiu centenas de atletas que aceitaram o desafio de enfrentar as exigentes serranias entre os concelhos de Arouca, Vale de Cambra e São Pedro do Sul. Com quatro distâncias em disputa — 101 km, 69 km, 30 km e 19 km. A Caminhada de 12 km permitiu a participação de amantes da natureza e do desporto em ritmo mais descontraído. Na distância rainha de 101 km e um impressionante desnível positivo de 5.060 metros, destacou-se João Pimenta (Vilaventura Trail), que cortou a meta isolado ao fim de 16h08m56s. Em femininos, o domínio foi de Alice Lopes (JIV Trail), que concluiu a prova em 18h38m43s, vencendo com larga margem. Entre os 84 classificados, a persistente Juliana Pinheiral fechou a tabela com 29h33m32s. Nas restantes distâncias, também houve momentos de superação e glória: Pedro Santos (EDV-Viana Trail) e Vera Bernardo (ARCD Venda da Luísa) foram os mais fortes nos 69 km, enquanto Simão Geraldo e a belga Joke Descheemaeker triunfaram nos 30 km. Já nos 19 km, a vitória sorriu a Guilherme Lourenço (CRP Ribafria) e a Cátia Ferreira.
