  2. Don’t worry if you’re also not a baker like me 🫵🏻 you can still make this bakery-style Nutella Bomboloni at home. Ingredients: For Dough: 1½ cup maida (all-purpose flour) 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp instant yeast A pinch of salt 2 tbsp yogurt/curd ½ cup lukewarm milk (adjust as needed) 2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened) For Filling: Nutella or any chocolate cream (as required) For Coating: Caster sugar Method: 1. Prepare the Dough In a large bowl, add maida, sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Add yogurt and mix well. Slowly add lukewarm milk and knead until a soft dough forms. Add softened butter and knead again for 8–10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and stretchy. Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours or until it doubles in size. 2. Shape the Bomboloni Once the dough doubles, gently knead it again to remove excess air. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Make smooth balls and place them on butter paper. Cover and let them rest again for 30–45 minutes until fluffy. 3. Fry Heat oil on low-medium flame. Carefully add the dough balls and fry slowly. Turn occasionally until they become golden brown from all sides. Remove and place on tissue paper to remove excess oil. 4. Fill with Nutella Make a small hole on the side or top of each Bomboloni. Fill it generously with Nutella using a piping bag. 5. Final Touch Coat the Bomboloni with caster sugar. Serve fresh and enjoy the soft, fluffy bun with a creamy chocolate surprise inside. 🍫✨ Soft outside, creamy inside — a bakery-style treat made easily at home! ❤️ #bombolini #summerrecipes #nutellabomboloni #homemade #dessert

Most of the scenes from DDLJ were shot around Gstaad and Saanen in Switzerland, and the easiest way to visit all these spots is by doing a day trip from Interlaken. . Start your journey from Interlaken Ost and take the GoldenPass Panoramic Express to Gstaad. Honestly, this train ride itself is an experience because it’s one of the most scenic routes in Switzerland. . Once you reach Gstaad, walk around the famous Gstaad Promenade where Zara Sa Jhoom Loon Main was shot. And while you’re there, definitely stop by Early Beck Bakery . From Gstaad, take a bus to Saanen Station. For any DDLJ fan, this whole town feels so nostalgic. . You’ll see the Saanen Station, and right across the road is the famous DDLJ bridge, with the Saanen airstrip right next to it. The church from the movie is also just a 5-minute walk from the station. . After exploring, take the bus back to Gstaad, and from there another bus to Enge, where the song Ho Gaya Hai Tujhko Toh Pyaar Sajna was shot. Trust me, this spot is absolutely beautiful. . Then head back to Gstaad and take the GoldenPass train to Zweisimmen - the place where Raj and Simran miss their train in the movie. . Once you’re back in Interlaken, don’t miss Höhematte Park, where the famous flower scene was filmed. . And of course, when you visit Jungfraujoch, that’s where many of the snow scenes from the movie were shot. . This was honestly our dream trip, and we hope this little guide helps every DDLJ fan experience these iconic locations too. .
