A bed of tomato sauce, centered with a creamy burrata, surrounded by a charred shishito & peach salad, topped with a lemon burrata dressing, garnished with black pepper, chives, salt flakes and love! Another perfect summer dish! Feeds 4 recipe! For the tomato sauce: In a pan 4 tbsp olive oil in a medium heat 8 cups of cherry tomatoes seared and broken down 2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp black pepper Once broken down, emulsified in a blender until a creamy liquid. For the salad: 12 shishito peppers grilled (olive oil and salt) 2 peaches cut in 8 grilled (olive oil and salt) 4 cups cherry tomatoes cut in halves Half squeezed lemon 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper season Toss everything together lightly For the burrata sauce: 2 cups burrata chopped 5 Basel leaves torn 2 tbsp plain yogurt 1.5 squeezed lemon 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp salt Blend everything together with a handheld blender until a liquid dressing For croutons: 1 big piece of inside of sour dough Covered with olive oil Bake in over for about 30 minutes on 350 degrees F, monitor until golden brown Garnish with: Plate, sauce base, burrata in middle, surround with salad, spread the croutons, put the burrata dressing, pepper, diced chives, salt flakes, and enjoy!! #chef #cooking #salad #peach #burrata #lunch #dinner #summersalad #recipe #food #tomato #tomatoes

  1. more information and details 👇✨ When I was trying to figure out the best way to get from SLC to Reno, @quingable recommended I take the train! I honestly forget this exists half the time because the few times I do look, it’s usually $$. This time around, the price of a private room with a lay flat bed was going to be cheaper than flying and the timing lined up way better! Plus since it’s overnight, it doubled as my accommodation + transportation. This is an Amtrak train and I booked my ticket on their website. The price of my room was $219 and that included my bags and breakfast. I brought a 30L backpack and my snowboard bag. Even though the room I had was able to fit two people, you would definitely be squished. There are larger rooms available as well for more $$. Overall, I found it to be worth it! It was a fun experience, I didn’t have to drive, and I didn’t have to worry about flying with my board bag. I did end up booking Coach for the return train from CA > Utah and documented that experience as well :) I have take coach before from NE to Chicago years ago as well! #solofemaletraveler #amtrack #lifeontheroad #sleepertrain

  3. I think I had the best meal of my entire life, and completely understand why this is a Michelin Star rated restaurant! I ate at Los Danzantes in Oaxaca, and THIS is exactly why Oaxaca has earned its reputation as one of the greatest food destinations of the world! I ordered their seasonal Chile en Nogada, and I honestly don’t know how I’m ever going to adequately describe how incredible this dish was. A beautiful poblano chile filled with a mixture of meats, fruits, almonds and raisins, covered in the most incredible creamy walnut nogada sauce and finished with those gorgeous ruby-red pomegranate seeds. ❤️🤍💚 Every bite was sweet, savory, creamy, rich and completely unexpected. Los Danzantes describes its Chile en Nogada as more than a dish, it’s a tribute to Mexican history, the land and the people who cultivate it. And after tasting it, I completely understand why. This is what I’m falling in love with about Oaxaca. The food here isn’t simply something you eat. There is history, culture, tradition and a story behind every plate. And the setting at Los Danzantes? Absolutely stunning. The architecture, atmosphere, service, presentation, everything made the evening feel special. I’ve eaten at some incredible restaurants all over the world, but I genuinely sat there after my first few bites thinking.. This might be the best meal I have ever eaten in my life. Carmel Highway (east entrance) to Zion National Park 📍 This route will take you through the Zion -Mt. Carmel Tunnel and give you what’s easily one of the greatest tunnel reveals in the world 🌎 This tunnel was built in 1930 to create a more direct route between Zion National Park & Bryce Canyon National Park. The tunnel is just over a mile long and really a unique experience to drive through ⚒️ As INCREDIBLE as this entrance to the park is… most of the things you will want to see and do will be at the South Entrance. The super cute town of Springdale (right outside of the entrance) should absolutely not be missed! Carmel Highway (east entrance) to Zion National Park 📍 This route will take you through the Zion -Mt. Carmel Tunnel and give you what’s easily one of the greatest tunnel reveals in the world 🌎 This tunnel was built in 1930 to create a more direct route between Zion National Park & Bryce Canyon National Park. The tunnel is just over a mile long and really a unique experience to drive through ⚒️ As INCREDIBLE as this entrance to the park is… most of the things you will want to see and do will be at the South Entrance. The super cute town of Springdale (right outside of the entrance) should absolutely not be missed!
