  2. ⚠️ long post ahead ⚠️ just wanted to share how happy i am with my progress since the start of the lockdown! 💯 as you may know, i gained so much weight the past year. don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with that! in fact, it’s always been my goal because i’ve been underweight my entire life 😂 but i gained more than what i asked for that my clothes started to not fit me anymore & people were (and still are) body-shaming me, and that’s when i knew i had to do something about it! i subscribed to a 12-week shredding program last March, also did diet and portion control and honestly, even my skin has been thanking me since then 🥵💦 it’s never easy but everything’s possible with the right mindset. let’s all not be too hard on ourselves and keep in mind that slow progress is still progress 🤍 and oh, body shaming is not and never will be okay 🤗 (see last post for my november 2019-march 2020 a.k.a “before” photos lol) activewear from @palm.active 🌿
