  3. Just a random stranger in orange greeting y’all’s a happy holidays. It’s actually my second year breaking the bad habit of flying out come these dates. A few years back I’d rather be at the beach than be home. But as the saying goes: “there is nothing constant in this world”. Change is something that’s inevitable at least for most of the world’s physicalities. But this year was that year I took an effort to take a deep dive into introspection and self reflect on the many things that I needed to “change” about me. 2022 was my year of solipsism. Through that, I understood what and who mattered the most to me, what and who needed to be weeded out in order for myself to flourish, and what needed to be prioritized the most. It’s my second year changing that bad habit of flying out and I’ve never through that, I got to spend more time around people who genuinely care for and understand me for me, and I have never been more grateful for that change.

  2. I used to be the laziest person in the world when it comes to movement. Movement, for most of my life is confined to how quick my thoughts move from point a to b, never physical. After suffering the painful losses of loved ones, developing anxiety, depression and PTSD symptoms during the pandemic, I decided to do something I've never done before...take better care of myself, like really, really take care of myself. It meant more than being good at what I put in my mouth, it meant being firm with my boundaries, being intentional with what I consume (food and energy) and the company I keep and moving my body consistently. It became the #1 priority in my life and it rewarded me with more than what I can ever imagine. This is a small preview of my progress the last year and a half to hopefully inspire someone to keep moving. It doesn't have to be weightlifting or anything strenuous, just something you can keep doing with joy. ❤️
