  1. 🤍 J'ai 56 ans et alors? 🤍 Est ce qu'il y a une date de péremption sur les femmes? Est ce que après un certain âge on n'a plus le droit de s'amuser, de profiter de la vie? Oui je porte des jeans troués, j'ai récemment fait un saut en parachute, je remonte à cheval, j'écoute du rap, de la techno... j'adore la musique, tous les styles de musique, elle me fait du bien. Je vais m'entraîner en salle où je soulève des poids, je porte des leggings et des brassières ou tops et à ce sujet j'ai une petite histoire à vous raconter. Pas plus tard que samedi matin quand je suis allée au fitness, je dis bonjour à un client que je n'ai pas vu depuis plusieurs mois. Et là je vois qu'il me regarde étrangement. Je lui dis "oui j'ai coupé la frange" et il me répond "non c'est pas la frange, c'est ton physique. C'est incroyable comme tu t'es transformée". Et il me dit bravo! Oui ça fait 8 mois, en plus des cours et coaching que je donne, je m'entraîne en salle 3 à 4 fois par semaine. Et les résultats sont ĺà! Alors oui on peut faire tout ce que l'on désire et à n'importe quel âge. Et en plus je suis grand-maman deux fois et je suis gaga de mes petits enfants. Je danse avec eux, je m'amuse comme une ado, je joue à cache-cache, je grimpe au tobbogan, je les fais rire... Je profite de la vie, je fais ce que j'aime, ce qui me fait du bien. Voilà j'avais besoin de le dire! Prenez soin de vous, faites ce qui vous fait plaisir, ce qui vous fait vibrer. La vie est trop courte pour ne pas en profiter au maximum.   1. 1. You pay more attention on training and less on nutrition. Nutrition has the most significant impact on fat loss and revealing your muscles. 🌟 2. You may feel like you’re eating „clean“, but you’ve never tracked it properly to see if it’s true or if your version of eating „clean“ is actually nutritious. Tracking gives the most efficient results. 3. You workout without a plan and don’t track your progress with the weights you use. This means you’re not making progress because you’re not increasing the intensity. 4. You perform too many repetitions in your exercises (+12) with light weights. This is more like cardio and is not efficient. Muscles need to be stressed sufficiently to signal growth. 5. You focus on cardio training and refuse to do strength training because you’re unsure about it. 🌟 6. Setting unrealistic expectations can lead to demotivation if you don’t see results after a month, causing you to quit. Extend your timeframe from months to years if you want to permanently change your physique and lifestyle. 7. You change your training plan every few weeks, thinking that it helps to grow muscles. In reality, this only blocks your progress. Muscles need time to adapt to progressive increases in stimulus, which takes months. A training plan should be followed for at least three months. 8. You get too distracted by your music or phone during training. Focus on your workout and on properly targeting the muscle you’re training. 9. You only train and eat well when you feel like it, leading to inconsistency. If you lack discipline, you won’t get very far. Every person can achieve discipline; the question is how important your goal is to you. 🌟 10. You try to do too much at once and end up burn out. You don’t need to work out 6-7 times a week for 2 hours each, plus jogging and 15,000 steps. You need a routine that allows you to be the most efficient while prioritizing recovery. For example, daily 4000 steps, 3 strength training sessions per week, and 1-2 short jogs of 20 minutes. I’m sharing this advice based on conversations with hundreds of people who wonder why they’re not seeing results. I hope this post helps you.

Wenn du aber merkst, dass du oft durch den Mund atmest, ist es wichtig, die Ursache dafür diagnostizieren und behandeln zu lassen. Denn ständige Mundatmung hat tatsächlich große Auswirkungen auf unseren Körper:  

 😊 Veränderungen in der Kiefer- und Gesichtsentwicklung: Bei Kindern kann chronische Mundatmung zu einer veränderten Entwicklung von Kiefer und Gesicht führen. Dies kann sich in einem zu einem schmalen Oberkiefer, einem hohen Gaumen und einer unregelmäßigen Zahnstellung zeigen.   

 🦷 Zahnprobleme: Mundatmung kann das Risiko von Zahnfleischerkrankungen und Karies erhöhen, da der Mund trockener ist und weniger Speichel hat, um die Zähne zu schützen. 

 💤 Schlafprobleme: Schläfst du schlecht und bist tagsüber müde? Eventuell liegt es daran, dass du durch den Mund atmest und deshalb mehr zu Schlafapnoe und anderen Schlafstörungen neigst.  

 😷 Erhöhtes Risiko für Infektionen: Das Atmen durch den Mund kann das Risiko für Infektionen der oberen Atemwege und des Rachens erhöhen, da die Luft nicht durch die Nase gefiltert und befeuchtet wird.  🫦 Trockener Mund und Rachen: Empfindest du es als unangenehm, zu schlucken? Chronische Mundatmung kann zu einem trockenen Mund und Rachen führen. 

 😮‍💨 Veränderte Atemmuster: Mundatmung kann zu einer flacheren und weniger effizienten Atmung führen, was die Sauerstoffaufnahme verringern und die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit beeinträchtigen kann.  

 😴 Schnarchen: Menschen, die durch den Mund atmen, neigen eher zum Schnarchen, was sowohl dich als auch deinen Schlafpartner beeinträchtigen kann.  

 Wenn dir diese Symptome bekannt vorkommen, dann könnte Mundatmung der Schlüssel zur Lösung sein.
