PAINFUL MEMORIES NOT TREATED AND NOT RESIGNIFIED generate dysfunctional behaviors in you that will insist on making you destroy with “your own hands” everything you were born to be.⠀ ⠀ My painful memories, especially those from my childhood, although it doesn't seem like it, ⠀ they made me into an authoritarian woman, with a huge sense of responsibility, consequently a perfectionist, with a need to “defend myself”, a false belief that it’s necessary to “fight alone”, brought traces of aggressiveness, arrogance in my way of thinking, acting and speaking, “addicted” to intense emotions - And at the same time, a woman with strong feelings of inferiority, non-deservedness, non-belongingness, I felt like a victim of the circumstances in which I was born, of my parents, emotionally dependent, a strong need to love and be loved, a desperate search for purpose. — A genuine reflection of everything I Saw, I Heard and I Felt as a child. ⠀ And for most of my life I was totally “blind” to these behaviors and the consequences they brought to my life, in all areas. Behaviors that cropped up in the relationships that mattered most to me.⠀ ⠀ Now, I want to get back to the ‘truth’. The truth that says that God knows you by name, that He loves you, that He created you to fulfill a role that is yours alone on this Earth. That He formed you because there is purpose in your life. Ich habe einen fucking geilen Job 🥳🫶🏼 als Health Coach. Nah am Leben, nah am Alltag, mitten bei meinen Coachees und ihren echten Problemen. Ab 2026 sogar krankenkassenanerkannt – damit auch das System endlich anerkennt, was ich seit Jahren lebe: Coaching auf Augenhöhe, Beziehung, Vertrauen und nachhaltige Veränderung. Mein Wissen? Baut auf über 15 Jahren Erfahrung in Gesundheitsthemen auf. Über 10 Ausbildungen und etlichen Weiterbildungen in the books. Und es wächst ständig weiter.   1. Since the beginning of the pandemic I started teaching online classes through @_viabz_ at first we all had doubts while adapting very quickly to this new situation. For those who haven't been teaching online classes (like me) this turned out to be something completely new. As nothing is perfect right at the start things went wrong sometimes but clients turned out to be very forgiving which helped a lot. Thank you for being so patient with us! And here we are.. a few weeks later, back to almost normal... Looking back I enjoyed all those little moments.. happy faces, meeting new people online (and getting used to them), the funny self talks while everyone is muted and the great feedback from the community. Since everything is going slowly back to normal the class schedule and group is getting smaller but the energy stays. ➡️For those who haven't had a chance to try an online class yet: until the end of June, maybe July you still can! I will be teaching my Mobility class as usual on Monday morning 7:30 am.
