  1. 80 years ago my grandfather came out of auschwitz-birkenau. He lost his first wife and daughter to the gas chambers. My grandmother who herself survived a concentration camp, and his kids, my mother and uncle were his “second” life, but the number on his arm was a daily reminder of the holocaust. I have visited auschwitz and birkenau twice. Standing there strong and as a sign that the nazis did not succeed. I married into an israeli family. In the last 20 years i have spent a lot of time there, i know and understand some things. This past year there has been so so much talk and misinformation about antisemitism, jews, our heritage, our origins, definitions of genocide, zionism etc and such little interest to listen and learn from the minority itself. I see the political shift towards right wing extremism, i also see when so called progressive ppl follow antisemitic accounts (usually barely conceiled behind anti-zionism quite often tokenizing jews) or like their posts, defend or repeat hateful conduct and speech towards the israeli ppl, i see the increasing hatecrimes towards Jews all over the world. It is totally frightening and the opposite of peaceful. But it has also been a light bulb moment, leading to more clarity and with that a refreshed sense of meaning. Thinking of my grandparents today whom i barely knew as they were too weak to live long enough 💔 and holding on tight to the ppl i love

  2. When you meet someone who shares your curiosity, something beautiful unfolds. A promise forms — between teacher and student — to keep learning, to stay open, and to walk the path together. Sixteen years ago, I told Miriam to take her time, to study deeply, and to enjoy that season of learning. This year, I had the joy of teaching in her training in Zurich. Witnessing someone you met early on their path to have become a source of strength, skill and wisdom is a great joy, and more so, a source of inspiration to continue this work.   3. This is 40. In the many years I went to psychotherapy, my therapist often wanted to talk about how my parents might have messed me up. And yes, I do have some criticism. But mostly, I’m so proud of them. I see the struggle they went through and how they built our family a safe and loving space out of very difficult circumstances. They lived with immense fears and a heavy history, and some things within them might never be overcome. But they gave ME the chance to overcome. To rebuild trust in this world. To create abundance (like having three kids) when they didn’t dare to ask for too much. In a way, they gave me the chance to heal what they and the generations before them couldn’t. This is called generational healing. I’m approaching my middle ages. And with that, I sense a new era, a new responsibility. I’ve built a family of five, a career I love, and I’ve cultivated deep friendships and my health. It’s time to attach less, cling less, and let life flow more. To live from a place of peace and confidence. Only when we let go can we see from a more relaxed perspective. We cannot escape pain or other difficult feelings. But we can let them move through us, receive their teachings and grow perspective. And we can embrace and celebrate the people, things, and places we love. Behaviors that cropped up in the relationships that mattered most to me.⠀ ⠀ Now, I want to get back to the ‘truth’. The truth that says that God knows you by name, that He loves you, that He created you to fulfill a role that is yours alone on this Earth. That He formed you because there is purpose in your life. On top of that I was absolutely exhausted from the last couple of months auditioning non stop. I was injured (once you know it you will see it in the jumps in the next video) and I got sick two days before. I could barely breath. 💀 I really wanted to quit.💀 But there's that one thing that will never let me quit. It's that little voice in my head.   3. 🏆 Becoming world champion against 18 very strong competitors had me thinking... why me? 👀 I watched their solos and some of them had definitely more challenging turn combinations than I did. So why did I win? 💡I went for quality over quantity. Before going on stage I checked the floor and it was way stickier than any floor I've ever danced on. I had to put too much energy in my turns I lost core stability and sometime fell out of my releve. 😱 Seconds before going on stage I decided I will change every tripple pirouette to doubles. I wanted to be clean in what I do. ✨️ And it worked.✨️ 👏 My competitiors went all in, attempting 5 - 6 pirouettes to finish their à la second turns. It takes a lot of courage to do so but they ended up falling out of their turns or travelling on their heels. (Don't worry, I'm not hating! That happens and it happens all the time to me too). 🤍 I guess in this particular competitions the judges wanted to see quality over quantity. Don't be afraid to go for an easier trick. Ab 2026 sogar krankenkassenanerkannt – damit auch das System endlich anerkennt, was ich seit Jahren lebe: Coaching auf Augenhöhe, Beziehung, Vertrauen und nachhaltige Veränderung. Mein Wissen?   1. Since the beginning of the pandemic I started teaching online classes through @_viabz_ at first we all had doubts while adapting very quickly to this new situation. For those who haven't been teaching online classes (like me) this turned out to be something completely new. As nothing is perfect right at the start things went wrong sometimes but clients turned out to be very forgiving which helped a lot. Thank you for being so patient with us! And here we are.. a few weeks later, back to almost normal... Looking back I enjoyed all those little moments.. happy faces, meeting new people online (and getting used to them), the funny self talks while everyone is muted and the great feedback from the community. Since everything is going slowly back to normal the class schedule and group is getting smaller but the energy stays. ➡️For those who haven't had a chance to try an online class yet: until the end of June, maybe July you still can! I will be teaching my Mobility class as usual on Monday morning 7:30 am.
