On nous compare. On nous classe. On nous réduit à des stéréotypes, à des fantasmes, à des peurs. Ce genre de commentaire, me pousse à continuer à marcher la tête haute et à être fière de mon héritage culturel ! Et dire à la petite fille que j’étais qu’elle est belle, puissante, capable de tout accomplir et surtout qu’elle n’a absolument rien à prouver ! Ne laisse personne redéfinir ta valeur. Ta peau, ton histoire, ton reflet comptent! 🤍 Et si je pouvais choisir, je choisirais d’être noire à nouveau ! 🤍

  2. My year in photos ✨ I won’t lie; personally, it was a difficult year. However, photography remained a constant outlet and distraction for my feelings. I’m very happy with the photos I created and grateful for the experience gained throughout this year. Last year, one of my goals was to have fewer portfolio shootings and more paid shoots, a goal I accomplished. I also participated in two photo workshops, learning a lot. Of course, I experimented with new things, such as using a drone and capturing fog. In 2024, I hope to continue like this. I’d love to experiment more, participate in at least one workshop, photograph horses in a new country, and refine my video skills. Additionally, I aim to have a photo exhibition.   2. 🍫 Brownies à la patate douce – anti-inflammatoires Jour 2/30 Oui, ces brownies sont faits à la patate douce 🤍 Sans farine, sans beurre et sans sucre raffiné, mais ultra fondants. 📝 Ingrédients 200 g de patate douce cuite 2 œufs 2 c. à s. de purée d’amandes (100 %) 2–3 c. à s. de farine d’amandes 2–3 c. à s. de cacao en poudre non sucré 1–2 c. à s. de sirop d’érable Copeaux de chocolat noir 👩🏾‍🍳 Préparation Écrase la patate douce cuite jusqu’à obtenir une purée lisse. Ajoute les œufs, la purée d’amandes, le cacao, le sirop d’érable et la farine d’amande. Mélange bien, ajoute le chocolat noir puis enfourne à 180°C pendant 20–25 min. 🌿 Pourquoi c’est anti-inflammatoire ?
