  3. Took the leap of faith. Stayed true to myself and it paid off. Something I’ve been scared to talk about is “success” as it can come across as gloating and quite honestly looking like a knob. So here is Full transparency first - this post can make it look like my life is perfect. I’m still paying back credit card debt from 4 years ago. Almost 30k worth at its worst. My dog needed 15k worth of surgeries just as I had quit my job to go all in. I had to ask for help from strangers online. I’m eternally grateful for this. I had to cut ties with family members & old friends I’m still driving a clapped out Nissan juke with 120k miles. I realised that everything that made me feel like a victim and made my life worse was a consequence of myself. Even when it wasn’t. I had to take accountability for it as no one else can change it apart from me. throughout all of it I had to stick to my guns. I knew I could pull through. I had to suffer for a long time to get out of a dark hole but something inside me knew I could. Is my life perfect? No where near it and it never will be but I’m in a much better place now than I ever was. All from just going all in no matter what. No matter how many times I fail, no matter what people say. No matter how long it takes. I got up every single day even when I felt like I couldn’t to try and better my life and personal circumstances. The point in this post is to show you. You don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors in peoples lives. The same way they don’t know what’s happening in yours. But it’s still on you to turn it around. There will be people to help. You will get better and you will have a better quality of life. But it doesn’t happen without work and making some serious change. You can change your entire life. It may not feel like it is possible but I can promise you it is. I’ve done it. I’m still trying to fix a lot in my life but at least I’m finally on the right path. Building a life I’m proud to live. Life gets better I promise 🫶🏻
