Contouring hacks! 💁🏼‍♀️ Now… I don’t know about you but I have watched soooo many videos on how to get it right and @lydiabarnesmakeup was up the other week so I asked her to show me so I could show all you!   3. Let’s talk healed results ✨ Healed results will vary for individuals depending on many factors and can’t be guaranteed. You will never achieve the same healed result as someone else due to retention, undertones, overtones, skin types, lifestyle and the canvas you start with. The tattooists technique and knowledge is important however it’s important to know healed results are a lot to do with how YOU look after them during your healing process and what your body will physically allow to retain in the skin. The healed result will only be as good as the canvas👄 Good healthy lip tissue = good healed results Poor conditioned lip tissue = poor healed results Lip tissue is an extremely repellent tissue to tattoo as it is, so baring these things in mind below will help with your healed results. Healthy tissue - hydrated lips, smooth even texture, has no filler or a healthy amount of filler, aged between 18-30, drinks plenty of water, uses SPF on lips, has soft supple lip tissue. Unhealthy tissue - dry flaky lips, uneven or bumpy surface, over filled lips to the point they are rock solid and firm, sun damaged lips (heavy sunbed users, lip tissue is often hardened and thick), heavy smokers, doesn’t drink water. This photo I’ve posted here has an amazing and strong healed result, my client wanted the strongest possible heal which we were able to achieve for her skin type and condition. (Client also already had blush prior by another tattooist, so we have a build up of pigment giving us a good amount of saturation) But as discussed above this isn’t a possibility for every individual ✨ #lipblush #liptattoo #spmu #pmu #pmuartist #liptattoo #healedlipblush
