Lasagne - 486 calories | 45g protein Recipe serves 4, which happens to be a BIG slice😍 500g 5% lean mince 60g grated carrot 60g chopped onion 400g chopped tomatoes 300g Passata 220g lasagne sheets 80g cathedral city lighter cheese 300g Asda white sauce jar Beef stock paste/cube 1 garlic clove Mixed herbs Before we start, I boil my pasta🤣 you CAN use this recipe and just add the sheets dry and bake for longer but I find the pasta never cooks evenly so… Boil your lasagne sheets in a pot. In a frying pan fry off your onion and carrots for 3 minutes. Add your mince and fry for a further 3 minutes. Add the garlic & mixed herbs and fry for 1 minute. Add the Passata and chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Once your pasta has softened, remove from the hob and rinse in cold water. Layer the mince mixture and the lasagne sheets. Top with your white sauce and cheese. Top tip is to grate your cheese finely so it goes further! Grill on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Leave to sit for 10 minutes and then slice into quarters!
