  2. My answer was that I started to eat clean since MCO, did some workout at home and still maintains it until now 😉 So how did I start? I started by studying about my bmr (you can google it to find about it more), then I eat a calorie deficit by starting to reduce rice from my meal day by day. I didn’t remove eating carbs completely at once tho. I started by reducing bit by bit until I felt like I didn’t need to eat rice anymore but I would eat more protein and vegetables. Of course if you didn’t eat rice completely you would get hungry easily and ended up going into irrational eating. So you could actually substitute rice to Quinoa or Cauli Rice which contains less carbs but gives you fullness. For noodle person, you can swap to Shirataki noodle or glass noodle. So I started to cook myself at home and if I’m eating out I would choose any food which has less carbs like chicken rice (eat half rice) or eat poke bowl, eat Japanese food or Korean BBQ. Until now when I’m eating out I would still eat rice sometimes but not often. I would really not recommend to start like eating eggs and yogurt like what I do at first, it is not sustainable at all 😂 I’m terms of exercise and workout, I would open YouTube to watch Chloe Ting or Pamela Reif workout videos and follow their workout program. You can find any other YouTuber who do HIITS or Tabata, you can choose any workout program that suits you and your time. If you have limited time then you can go for HIIT workout. I started of by doing workout in the morning for 30mins on the first day of the week then eventually increases the time to 1hr and then to 2 hr depends on my body performance. At first I will feel like it’s kinda hard to follow all the workout and I did take some time to do all the movement correctly, but after doing more workouts I could get a better workout posture and become more stronger. It’s also important to know that you will feel tired when you just started to workout and your productivity will reduce if you are working out in the morning but after you get used to it, working out will gives you the energy through the day. That’s all I’m gonna share for today. Good luck and wish you the best 💪🏼

When I found out there was going to be a corset, I was nervous, but its through artisanal skill that the cut was perfectly, romantically tailored fit to complement me. It gave me the liberated confident as a person, to live and to be, unapologetically me.   2. exactly one month to go 💍 time passes so fast. As overwhelming as all of this is, I’m trusting the process and cherishing the beautiful chaotic crazy journey. (Hehe thank you for reminding me Rehanna). These days when someone comes to me, and say Anisah! how are you doing all this and planning your wedding…l would go yeah its crazy! But the truth is I’m holding back the tears in my eyes. Theres the physical hardcore part which is just a go go GO, then there’s this soft part where thoughts like I’m not going back home to my dad’s cooking anymore…I wont see my mum everyday & and all that mush.…ok i don’t wanna cry. Hmm Muiz, well he’s just been sooo amazing, it’s unreal at times, proves to me everyday that he’ll take care of me - mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. I’ll start off by sharing all the details of my engagement to help anyone surveying :) My moments were captured by @the_visualdiaries, my family and I are very candid. back story: they started out as documentary photographers and I feel it was perfect for me and my style because I wanted photos that capture a glimpse into our emotions, that felt natural, light & easy. Here are some but all turned out so lovely wait till you see the rest 🥹 My dreamy pelamin was by @deireweddings, I requested for specific flowers, bench, colours, and it was important they blend in with the garden. It was so simple yet the outcome was stunning. Everyone complimented it, it lifted the house beautifully ☁️ My bouquet and hantaran were by @fallaflorist, inspired by the my mom’s hydrangea obsession and they added dusty pink with whites to complement. Outfit by @mimpi_kita, thank you @mira_zulkifli for helping me with it, first time I laid my eyes on Aisha, I JUST KNEW. My scarf and the bridesmaid ones were by @theduckgroup. Shoes by @nelissahilman . Tennis bracelet by @wanderlustandco ✨ Food is my love language, so i made sure to serve amazing food, had nasi campur kampung-style and laksa utara by @astanapengantin, ask for Kak Farah k!
