  1. 📍Hotdogs and craft beer at this pet-friendly community bar at Damansara Heights that serves craft beer on tap, hotdogs, warm snacks, and a dose of doggo cuteness 🌭🍻🐶 📌 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗷𝗮𝗺, 𝗥𝗠 𝟮𝟯 Bacon wrapped hotdog with sweet caramelised onions and a touch of spice from the jalapeno. My friend and I enjoyed this 📌 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗴, 𝗥𝗠 𝟮𝟮 Teriyaki mayo, caramelised onions, with a generous topping of furikake flakes. Okay but personally not a fan of this combo 📌 𝗘𝗻𝗼𝗸𝗶 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟲 Crunchy deep fried enoki. Loved the sauce dip but the enoki was too heavily salted. Wished the portion was slightly more too. I think I like their fries more 💬 Curated selection of imported craft beer from across the globe with house made hotdogs and snacks. Sausages are juicy with a bite, and you can choose between chicken or beef. Buns are soft and crunchy, but wish they had more of a buttered taste. Hotdog portions are okay but definitely not a full meal. Order some sides to go with. Can get pretty loud and noisy as the space is small 💡Recommended to RSVP via the link on their IG page to secure seats. Note space is small and seats are very limited 📍Kura's Krafts 8-3, Jalan Batai, Plaza Batai, Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur @kuras.krafts ⏰ Tues - Sun, 12pm - 11pm 🐶 Pet friendly 🅿️ Private parking space RM 3/hour. *Food is Pork-free. 2. 📍Open till midnight Japanese noodle bar tucked in SS2 for when you're craving for warm simple Japanese bowls 🍜 Newly opened and run by a couple duo that wanted to bring back the familiar and simple taste of noodles during their time in Japan 📌 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗧𝗞𝗚, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟴.𝟵𝟬 A comforting bowl of raw egg and hot rice with Chashu, Shio-kombu, green and white scallions. Portion is on the smaller side so you may need to pair it with a side dish 📌 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗯𝗮, 𝗥𝗠 𝟮𝟲.𝟵𝟬 Broth-less ramen, savory sauce, pork, bamboo shoots, seaweed. I liked the al dente noodle texture but still had a soft bounce to it, rich shoyu sauce base so it can get a bit salty but I usually prefer saltier flavours so it was fine by me. Chashu was a bit dry and could be more tender, egg was a bit overcooked for me as I prefer mine runny. 📌 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝘂𝗷𝘆𝗮𝗴𝗮, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟴.𝟵𝟬 Potatoes, carrots, onions, and meat stewed in a sweetened soy sauce broth. Quite decent but since it was a soy sauce based dish, having this with the soba got too salty. Would suggest to order another side if you intend to order the Soba as your main 📌 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟮.𝟵𝟬 Smooth texture, not too sweet, underlying matcha taste, quite well done 💬 Love the quiet cozy space and the fact that they're open till midnight so it was perfect for a lighter yet filling late dinner. Dishes had a simple homecooked flair for me, not (yet) sophisticated if you're looking for something more refined (Gen Z reviews seem to love it though) Newly opened, soft launch phase so perhaps they will refine their techniques and preparation over time. 💡 Currently run by the 2 owner staff only so they may not be able to handle large crowds or group orders. DM them to RSVP ahead 📍Blue Hour No. 97, 1st Floor, Jalan SS 2/6, Petaling Jaya, Selangor @blue__hour____ (Above cosway, enter via blue gate) ⏰ Mon, Thurs, Fri, 7.30pm - 12am, Sat - Sun, 6pm - 12am Closed Tues, Wed. 🅿️ Plenty of parking in the evening *Non-halal (This is an independent review reflecting our personal experience during the visit) #ss2 #petalingjaya #ss2food #bluehour

  3. 📍New TTDI neighbourhood gem that I only stumbled upon while getting groceries because they were so tucked inside this quiet plaza. Simple menu with reasonable prices and quality food 🥩 📌 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟰 Hearty and comforting bowl of pumpkin soup with a side of bread for dips 📌 𝗡𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟴 Pretty basic and simple. Nachos was lightly seasoned and crispy but I felt the salsa could be more vibrant and tangy. 📌 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗿𝗮𝗴𝘂, 𝗥𝗠 𝟯𝟯 Braised beef was very tender but would have preferred if the sauce was thicker 📌 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟱 Not too soggy or crispy with a slight charred taste, mixed with tangy savoury sauce 📌 𝗔𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 (𝟮𝟮𝟬𝗴), 𝗥𝗠 𝟲𝟵 Grain Fed Angus Striploin, mixed salad, and choice of sauce. Straightforward and clean steak flavours. Requested for medium done and it was just nice, tender and juicy. Would have enjoyed it more if it was sauteed in butter. Came with a mini cleaver that made it effortless to cut through the meat 📌 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗽, 𝗥𝗠 𝟮𝟴 Pleasantly surprised with their version of this. Crispy skin, juicy flavourful meat. 📌 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟯 Thicker cut fries that's soft and good for fillers 📌 𝗝𝗼𝗼'𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲, 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟵 Not bad it was soft and creamy although some parts had uneven consistency 💡RSVP recommended 📍Cleaver Shed B-01-05, Plaza TTDI, Jalan Wan Kadir 3, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur @cleavershed (Near Hero Market) ⏰ Mon - Sun, 11.30am - 3pm, 5.30pm - 10pm Tues closed 🅿️ Street parking. Lunch time hard to find but night time not too bad. Basement parking plaza TTDI RM 5/hour but kinda cramp *Pork-free, meat sourced from halal supplier Alcohol isn't sold but you may BYO with corkage fee #eatdrinkkl #myfoodreview #klfoodies #foodreviewmalaysia #malaysianfoodie #klfoodie #eatnowkl #klfood #pjfood #pjfoodie #foodhuntkl #klfoodreviews #klfoodguide #kldinner #kualalumpur #klfoodhunt #kualalumpurfood #petalingjayafood #petalingjaya #ttdi #ttdifood #cleavershed #klsteakhouse

  1. Ep. 4: period pain😣🤦‍♀️[i gotchu💌⤵️] I’m Chee Hee, a Chinese Medicine student and I’m graduating this year! Before that, I want to take you on this journey with me and learn different acupuncture points in your body that you can massage yourself for specific conditions 💛 so join me and follow along for more. In this fourth episode, I introduced the acupuncture point SanYinJiao (SP6), a favorite point for period pain(dysmenorrhea/menstrual cramps). Reports on the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea vary considerably, ranging from 20% to up to 90% of menstruating females. So share this to your friends. You never know who might need this💛 Acupressure is a traditional Chinese healing technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and [improve overall healt](https://www.healthfab.in/blogs/lifestyle/ways-to-improve-mental-health-during-periods)h. SP6, also known as Sanyinjiao, is another effective acupressure point for relieving period pain. It is located on the inner side of the calf, three finger widths above the ankle bone and between the two tendons. Sanyinjiao is known to regulate the menstrual cycle and is often used to relieve menstrual cramps, lower back pain, and irregular periods. Massage gently in small circles. Do this for 1-3 minutes. You can do it yourself or do it for someone else. You should have a deep aching feeling and a feeling of relaxation and relief. Let me know if it works 🥰 Note: Do not use SP6 during pregnancy! When there was period problems such as dysmenorrhea, or unusual color and cycle of menstruation, it has the best therapeutic effect when massaging Sanyinjiao point a week before the menstrual period. Evidence Based Study: There are many articles published about this acupuncture point and I think this is one that’s pretty interesting: “Effect of acupressure at the Sanyinjiao point on primary dysmenorrhea: A randomized controlled trial” https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1744388110000319 #tcm #periodpain #painrelief #menstrualcramps #tcmbycheehee_periodpain #tcmbych_periodpain
