  3. Waking up everyday with a heavy heart thinking that is this real? feeling overwelmed. Neither am I accepting it? I can’t. It’s a lost and this will be a permanent scar for a lifetime. You indeed prepared me for the worst. I’ve seen you at your best and at your worst, you pulled through it all so well at a very young age without blaming anyone but yourself. I loved you, your flaws and your past. I still do. We were something else. Not a fancy couple, never been on a dinner dates, cinemas , long drive or beach together. Like you never believed in all these things to keep the relationship going. Yet, you drive me crazy till date. You were my home and adventure all at once. Like you said, “I will only marry you or i’ll die single”. with a big laugh. How I wish i can undo things. Your voice , your laugh , your face will always be my favourite. ♥️ My heart melts everytime i see your face. Everyone needs a friend like you. We were more like friends and bros than lovers, ya? He’s the most present person you will ever meet. Sucha noty smol boy, but will never hurt anyone intentionally. But why would this life hurt you so much? You we’re changing for the better of us and I’ve seen you trying your best, and that was everything to me!! ♥️ Nothing will be the same anymore. My perspective towards life has changed. You left me with alot of deepest darkest secrets of yours and took all mine with you. Taught me all the good and bad. Especially the bad, for good. Alot of them would ask, why him? Cause it’s HIM. ❤️We’ve always had this deep talks about life and death, about how much we have to prioritise our families and value someone’s friendship. You always lift others up and genuinely be happy for someone’s growth with no jealousy. I’ve never seen someone like you I bet I never will. You’re irreplaceable. 🕊️ You’ were such a strong personality that nobody can break easily cause you always believe in do good, receive good. Our family and I will continue practising that. There were hundreds/ thousands of people played a role in bringing you back, that shows you’ve earned so many hearts while you were here, my love. I love you the most babeh! 🫀 always will.

  1. 📍Me and my family's go to bak kut teh in Klang. It's a popular bak kut teh spot for locals and visitors. Bak kut teh means 'meat bone tea' in Hokkien and you can taste the essence of the bak kut teh soup here. 📌 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝘄𝗹), 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟲.𝟱𝟬 More to cartilage cuts. 📌 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝘄𝗹), 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟲.𝟱𝟬 More to meat and fat cuts. 📌 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝘄𝗹), 𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟲.𝟱𝟬 More to ribs cut. I personally don't order the claypot bkt because it comes with beancurd (fuchuk) which overpowers the taste of the bkt essence already (unless that's your preference) 💬 Klang Bak Kut Teh has a darker, thicker, more aromatic pork bone / fat essence and texture compared to other localities of Bak Kut Teh. Depending on the crowd and time of the day, the soup and meat may have a different taste and texture. You may have to wait if you want certain part of the meat cuts. And if the particular pot has been boiling for some time you will get softer meat textures. 💡Dry bak kut teh is also a hit here 📍Sei Ngan Chai 四眼仔 9, Jalan Kepayang, Kawasan 17, Klang, Selangor ⏰ Tues - Sun, 9.30am - 10pm 💵 Cash only. 2. 📍Popular Japanese Warabi Mochi chain store from Japan, featuring their best selling warabi mochi and drinks, with main ingredients imported from Japan and made fresh on the spot 🇯🇵 Limited time only pop up store at Lot 10 KL. 📌 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶, 𝗥𝗠 𝟯𝟬 Matcha was umami with a slight bitter taste (but also slight sweetness and nuttiness). Can really taste the difference with matcha powder imported from Japan. Warabi Mochi texture was translucent, soft jelly-like and chewy. Light and slight sweetness. Very very supple and silky smooth. 📌 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗼 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶, 𝗥𝗠 𝟮𝟱 Coated in roasted soybean powder. Had a earthy nutty flavour. Similar mochi texture as described above 📌 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸, 𝗥𝗠 𝟮𝟬 This was equally as good with the cream being made fresh on the spot. Not too sweet but not too bitter. Mochi inside the drinks (instead of usual boba) really changed the game. 📌 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸, 𝗥𝗠 𝟮𝟬 Coffee version of the above but the coffee itself was just alright since it isn't a coffee specialty store. *Mix matcha and kinako mochi at half portions each also available for RM 20 if you want to try a bit of both flavours 💬 I've never traveled to Japan before but the taste and texture of the mochi is really different from all that I've tried here (including local and Japanese mochi) as they use premium warabi powder (bracken root starch) instead of the usual glutinous rice powder 💡Pop-up store until 31 March 2024 📍Torori Tenshi No Warabi Mochi とろり天使のわらびもち Level 4, J's gate dining, Lot 10, Jln Sultan Ismail, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur @torori_warabimochi_malaysia (Opposite mo-mo paradise) ⏰ Mon - Sun, 12pm - 9.30pm 🅿️ Mall parking. 3. 📍New midnight tongshui shop at Damansara Uptown for your post dinner sweet tooth cravings with over 60+ hot and cold modern & traditional desserts to choose from 🍧 📌 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗳𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗵, 𝗥𝗠 𝟳.𝟵𝟬 Taufufah pretty smooth. Sugar served separately 📌 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗴𝘂𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝘆𝗮 (𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹), 𝗥𝗠 𝟳.𝟵𝟬 Soya is pretty light, not too sweet. Rice ball with sesame filling was soft and supple. 📌 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲, 𝗥𝗠 𝟲.𝟵𝟬 (add on sesame rice balls + RM 3) Consistency is a bit watery and not as thick as other shops, a bit sweet, but overall still decent. 📌 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻, 𝗥𝗠 𝟴.𝟵𝟬 Not too bad. Hot & crispy with slight spice & chili powder, like Taiwanese style fried chicken 💬 Huge variety of tongshui (desserts) for you to choose from and you can customise your toppings or add ons. Taste wise is pretty decent. 💡Get a free taufufah taro bowl when you leave them a Google review ⭐. 1. Ep. 4: period pain😣🤦‍♀️[i gotchu💌⤵️] I’m Chee Hee, a Chinese Medicine student and I’m graduating this year! Before that, I want to take you on this journey with me and learn different acupuncture points in your body that you can massage yourself for specific conditions 💛 so join me and follow along for more. In this fourth episode, I introduced the acupuncture point SanYinJiao (SP6), a favorite point for period pain(dysmenorrhea/menstrual cramps). Reports on the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea vary considerably, ranging from 20% to up to 90% of menstruating females. So share this to your friends. You never know who might need this💛 Acupressure is a traditional Chinese healing technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and [improve overall healt](https://www.healthfab.in/blogs/lifestyle/ways-to-improve-mental-health-during-periods)h. SP6, also known as Sanyinjiao, is another effective acupressure point for relieving period pain. It is located on the inner side of the calf, three finger widths above the ankle bone and between the two tendons. Sanyinjiao is known to regulate the menstrual cycle and is often used to relieve menstrual cramps, lower back pain, and irregular periods. Massage gently in small circles. Do this for 1-3 minutes. You can do it yourself or do it for someone else. You should have a deep aching feeling and a feeling of relaxation and relief. Let me know if it works 🥰 Note: Do not use SP6 during pregnancy! When there was period problems such as dysmenorrhea, or unusual color and cycle of menstruation, it has the best therapeutic effect when massaging Sanyinjiao point a week before the menstrual period. Evidence Based Study: There are many articles published about this acupuncture point and I think this is one that’s pretty interesting: “Effect of acupressure at the Sanyinjiao point on primary dysmenorrhea: A randomized controlled trial” https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1744388110000319 #tcm #periodpain #painrelief #menstrualcramps #tcmbycheehee_periodpain #tcmbych_periodpain
