HOWEVER that being said I do understand that it can come from a place of deep-rooted insecurities that have been ingrained in us for generations, through the media, and in everyday interactions, which is one of the many reasons I feel so strongly about seeing a diverse range of body types on this platform and in the media in general! One practical confidence tip I’d like to share if you are struggling, is to unfollow anyone on social media who makes you feel less worthy. Fill your timeline with people who make you feel strong, empowered and even inspired to make the best of yourself, whatever stage of your journey you’re at.
