  1. When it came time to find a new lounge for our home, it had to tick a few very important boxes: flexible, practical, comfortable, and stylish. We had two living spaces to fill, one of which was our family living area, and the other a more formal lounge area (ie: no kids allowed). When we saw the @kingliving 1977 model, we knew we had to have it. With its stylish curves, the ability to reconfigure and removable covers that you can wash and change with your mood, it is anything but your ordinary lounge! The kids are equally as obsessed with our 1977, it was like their new play gym, which, truthfully, was driving me crazy. So when @kingliving released a mini version of the 1977 it was a no brainer! This has been a total parent hack and has bought me countless minutes (maybe even hours??) to myself. Huge win. For our formal lounge, I couldn’t go past the unique shape of the Aura lounge. Influenced by the form of floating islands, it fit with our modern coastal aesthetic seamlessly. We are far from done here but I had so many queries about where this bunk bed is from I thought I’d share what we’ve done so far for the kids shared room 🍄 The bed is the Natty Storage Staircase bunk by @booriaustralia in white/almond, I added a trundle underneath (great hack for parents who fine themselves sleeping on the floor in their kids rooms more often than they’d like!) which I ordered via the lovely team at @bunkbedsaus who delivered AND assembled it. Highly recommend! The bedding is a mix from our faves @playlinen @sheetsocietykids @adairskids and the canopy is @kiin.baby via @augieandmay 🤎 The name prints are of course from our besties @v.happyco and the scallop wall shelves I bought off @etsy a few years ago! Our much loved mushie lamp is from @bigdreamsemporium and makes a great little nightlight. If you’re looking for something special and fun to do with your family in Adelaide, you should add feeding the highland cows at @ondeen.farm to your list 🐮 I’m always looking for fun new experiences to enjoy as a family to create special memories for Romeo and teach him about the beautiful world around us. We had the most wholesome experience meeting baby Whiskey and Soda - @ondeen.farm ‘s adorable little highland cows. Romeo loves animals and is perfecting his ‘mooo’ so this was such a sweet experience for him, although I think I loved it more than him! We also got to meet and feed some of the other cows on the property - who knew cows loved carrots so much! Our experience was topped off with the perfect tasting plate of cheese, cured meats, olives, dip, pickled veggies and the most delicious fresh bread. We also had a non alcoholic drink tasting which was such fun and quite a unique offering. I am so thankful I got the opportunity to do this program because it has helped me so much already and will, hopefully, help me for the rest of my life🥰 if you don’t know DBT is dialectical behavioural therapy and is mostly referred to people that have BPD (borderline personality disorder) but honestly there’s so much in there that would benefit pretty much every person out there. I’m so proud of myself for coming this far but I know there’s still a ways to go, most people find dbt doesn’t sink in until the second time and I know I want to refresh the skills I’ve learnt and that’s okay🥰 I’m always gonna be learning and growing, all of us are! That’s apart of life and we shouldn’t be scared to learn something new or admit we might need to go over past info we’ve learnt 🌱🪴💜

  1. Why do I call myself a GLOW COACH? Swipe ➡️ to see me 20 years ago. For many years I battled with bad skin. I had acne. I had cysts and white heads and sore blotchy weapy skin. I used medicated creams and almost went on Roaccutane. My bad skin would walk into the room before I did. Everyone would look. It was sore and horrendous. It didn’t match my inner essence. I would spend hours infront it the ‘inspection light’ a fluro light right above the bathroom mirror in the family home. I’d be picking and searching for any and every spot to squeeze. I searched and searched under that light and guess what I found? Pimples. A perpetual load of them. You see….. what we think about we bring about. What we search for we find. It’s our reticular activating system. It’s the seeds I was planting every day. A low vibe cycle I wasn’t breaking. And an esteem to match. I went on the pill to clear up my skin but decided to come off soon after & heal it. Really look at the underlying cause of it. I dived into many healing modalities, learned from many teachers and it worked. I’ve never had bad skin since. (Of course I get a zit or two but in general it’s tickety-boo) When I moved house, no longer had an ‘inspection light’. I hadn’t realised that I literally stopped looking for spots. And guess what? Spots stopped appearing. I dived into wellness and personal development. I worked with coaches & became obsessed with alignment. I aligned myself with foods and skincare that actually work - my skin glowed like a mo fo. I have now got some amazing glow up secrets that I share in my 1:1 sessions and my courses. And they don’t all include skincare. Yes I have botox but botox doesn’t do much for your skin texure. That’s got to do with hydration, confidence, mindfulness and what we do to our skin- our ‘skin gym’ I like to call it. I love to gift the skin confidence I now have 💯 every single day to every person I meet. I serve a lot of people with their skin. And the messages I get are phenomenal.
