  2. The new #volcano in #iceland that started erupting late last night, as seen from my drone, we just managed to get in and out between heavy snow. Shot from about 2 miles from the volcano. Thanks to @iceviking for getting us out there. The current fissure is about 4km long and there are 100-200 square meters of lava flowing out every second. The town of Grindavik and the Blue Lagoon have been evacuated and everyone is safe and for now there is no imminent danger to anyone.   2. Ég keypti mér bol í fyrra sem ég gat svo eiginlega ekkert notað þar sem ég keypti hann of stóran. Mundi síðan eftir þessum bol í gær og ákvað að prófa hann þar sem ég hef bætt aftur á mig á síðustu mánuðum þar sem ég hef verið í pásu frá wegovy. Hann passaði svo fínt og vitiði hvað - ég var svo glöð!! 🤩 Fannst bara geggjað að geta notað þennan flotta bol og fannst ég bara mega sæt í honum. Enginn bömmer, samviskubit eða niðurrif og vá hvað það var góð tilfinning! Ég hlakka samt til að komast aftur í rútínu, með hausinn á réttum stað og byrja aftur á wegovy. En það er eingöngu af því mér líður betur andlega og líkamlega á lyfinu - ekki til þess að verða grönn. Í janúar verða samfélagsmiðlar uppfyllir af ræktarmyndum og áramótaheitum en munið það bara að þó svo að ‘allir’ virðist vera í megrun er ekki þar með sagt að þið þurfið þess líka. Gerið bara það sem lætur ykkur líða best á líkama og sál ❤️

Hélt sýningu með Helenu minni þar sem við seldum meirihluta verka. Seinnihluta þessa árs varð ég síðan ófrísk sem var mesta, besta og fallegasta afrekið á árinu ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Gleðilegt nýtt ár elsku vinir, sýnum okkur mildi, það er flókið að vera til í dag, verum góð hvert við annað og hjálpum hvort öðru!
