  1. I can’t seem to stop Paris’ grandparents from sewing her new dresses- so I had to give them some tips to suit our weather here. I remember telling my mom that if she wanted to sew for her baby girl, she should stick to long sleeves or outfits we can layer with thermal wear because of the cold. Here’s why we love them: 💖 Ms. Rachel helped when my girl was really little (6 to 14 months). The musical way of teaching—through songs, nursery rhymes, and little developmental milestones like clapping—was perfect for her early growth. 🧠 Rock and Learn is a current favorite now that she’s older. I love how they teach short, simple sentences and even cover topics like science and other languages. It’s been great for introducing new concepts to Paris! 🇬🇧 Boey Baby is a great show if you want your child to know the English pronunciation of words. Thanks to @ecarg_alomeda09 for letting me know about this channel. 🙏 Lastly, Holy Sprouts is amazing for teaching faith, good manners, and values. Once upon a time there was a little girl called Nadia, and she had triplets.. and they have are now officially FIVE years old 😭❤️🎈🎂 Happy Birthday to my miracles, Carson Carter and Wynter 👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼 Born two months early, so precious, so fragile but SO strong and just look at you all thriving now 🥹 This was the first time I held all of you together, a pinacle moment in my life that I will never EVER forget, so much so it feels like it was yesterday. 🥺 Five years have passed in the blink of an eye, and im beyond emotional about it 😭 You have taught me so much about love, about myself, about holding on to hope, and you have taught me so much about strength. It’s an honour & a privilege to be your mummy, it will forever blow my mind that you are mine 🤯❤️ all three of you make me SO proud, it’s indescribable, even the word “love” could never come close ❤️ What an incredible first five years of your lives 🥹 we really are blessed beyond measure to have you all 🥹❤️ (Ps - the adorable voice is their big brother Mason, when he was just four, telling me a bedtime story about his triplet baby siblings after meeting them for the first time.. my heart bursts listening to him.. so young and taking it in his stride from the start.. best big brother 🥺❤️)

  3. 5 years ago. 4 years ago. 3 years ago. 2 years ago. 1 year ago…. To the women watching me now, take note: this positive change in me took me YEARS after having my babies, to acheive, and i’m forever a work in progress 🥹❤️ I hit rock bottom behind closed doors more times than humanly possible to count, but as much as I gave up finding myself, I always tried AGAIN because I knew deep down I could, I can and I WILL reach my full potential. Please take this next part in.. 💡 This isn’t just about the physical change in me. My appearance improving is just a welcomed byproduct of the most important win: gaining more control over my mind, creating healthy long lasting habits, choosing discipline over distractions and ultimately giving my all, to becoming the healthiest version of me. For my children, family, friends. FOR ME 🤍 Childhood trauma, post natal depression, PTSD, severe medical anxiety, 2 months with 3 babies in Neonatal and a child at home, 2 weeks of getting my babies home then going into lockdown with 4 children as a new mum of three, being severely bullied online about my looks and ability as a mother by other women, then a breakdown and seperation in my relationship. And to cope with all the unresolved above? Severe binge eating episodes then sleep to forget it all. NO WONDER the girl in the videos struggled so much. I wish I could go back and give her a bloody break ❤️‍🩹 It’s been alot, it still is. I’m still working on it, i’m still pushing through it. It’s painful, it’s messy, it’s real, raw and it’s HUMAN. I’m not striving to be perfect, I just want to feel the most me i possibly can as I know regardless of my body, i’m a GOOD person inside it - but that good person only gets the chance to exist to the highest potential if i’m giving her chance to by being INTENTIONAL with my habits 🥹 If your past is keeping you stuck in the self sabotage loop, just know you don’t have to stay there forever, there is help, hope and ALWAYS a way out and a way back to yourself no matter how many YEARS you have felt lost. If i’m finally doing it, I genuinely believe anyone can 🥹💫

Ditch dresses unless they have buttons, or you can wear something short and loose with cycle shorts underneath and pull it up to feed Jeans/trousers and loose tops/jumpers… cardigans are my best friend! Think about the fabric of your tops, avoid anything too fluffy/itchy etc. as it can get in baby’s eyes and they’ll take clumps out in their hands Just keep trying to dress/shop how you normally would and then adapt it if it’s not going to work, rather than looking for breastfeeding specific clothing that isn’t timeless and that you don’t love!

  2. The best decision I ever made was quitting my job after maternity leave... I almost had a nervous breakdown in the weeks leading up to returning to work after having my daughter, I just couldn’t stop crying and my anxiety was through the roof. Some women enjoy the return to work and I really tried to focus on the positives but I just couldn’t see past it... After a few months I decided I’d try and make ends meet with a small jewellery business I had launched during my time off, however my instagram ended up taking off around that time and so here we are now, 4 years later, baby number 2 and enjoying a glass of orange wine in Copenhagen on a random Wednesday eternally grateful 🫶🏼
