  3. Day 6 of me paddling down river Neretva to the Adriatic sea. Long-awaited day, the Mostar day. First of all, I would like to thank Adis from @campingneretva . They organize rafting tours through Mostar, and they were helpful in guiding me and keeping me safe while paddling this part. I had a wish to paddle this section, but I was also aware of the dangers in this area. All the time, I had in my mind a colleague of mine, Mućak, who unfortunately lost his life paddling here.

  3. Zašto stavljam kesu ispod trisuita, biciklističkog dresa ili podmajice? Razlog je jednostavan. Nisam ponio prsluk jer sam se nadao ljepšem vremenu. Krenuo sam na vožnju, ali nakon nekih 30 minuta i 15 stepeni shvatio sam da baš i nije idealno za nastavak bez dodatne zaštite. Zato uz osnovni alat koji uvijek nosim sa sobom imam i jednu veću tanku kesu. U ovakvim situacijama stavim je naprijed ispod odjeće kako bi zaštitila prsa i pluća od direktnog vjetra. Ruke i noge uglavnom mogu podnijeti hladnoću, ali kad vjetar probije kroz prsa, vožnja brzo prestane biti ugodna. Glava je kod mene uvijek ista priča. Marama ispod kacige, bilo da je +40 ili -5. Ovaj trik je posebno koristan i na triatlonima u proljetnim danima. Nakon plivanja, prije bicikla, na mokro tijelo stavite običnu tanku najlon kesu ispod trisuita. Dok se malo zagrijete i osušite na biciklu, ona odradi odličan posao protiv hladnog vjetra. Na prvoj okrepi je samo izvučete, bacite i nastavite dalje. Nije profi oprema, ali nekad najjednostavnije stvari naprave najveću razliku 😄 Za još korisnih, a ponekad i potpuno beskorisnih savjeta, zaprati moj profil 🚴‍♂️
