  1. @justinpasutto It is with absolute broken hearts that we share our best friend Nacho has died. The MRI revealed a large inoperable tumor in his brain & Nacho had declined too far to explore radiation. His days were numbered & we knew we had to get him home. On late Thursday, we drove through the night from Vancouver to Kelowna … just the three of us, like how our little family story had started 11 years ago. We were trying to get Nacho home to say goodbye to the kids & Peaches. Live out his last days in his favourite place. Nacho passed away with his head on Jills lap & Justin’s hand on his back, an hour away from home at 4am. It was one of the scariest & heartbreaking but beautiful moments. He let out his last big sigh (something he did often and we loved) & said goodbye. Our hearts will never be the same & The last few days have been crushing. Nacho was much more than just a dog. He was a pup from Mexico with all the odds against him, a runt of the litter saved by Justin’s brother & delivered to us in July 2014. We had no idea what that gift delivered was going to bring us. From the streets of Mexico to Canada, to billboards in New York, to being featured on The Ellen Show, magazine covers, local TVs shows, his own instagram account, he amassed hundreds of millions of friends, we didn’t just love Nacho the world loved Nacho. He even went viral again just this final week of his life. For the last 11 years, he has been through those beautiful formative milestones of our family. Starting a family, helping raise our babies with love & play, adopting Peaches…our new life at the farm… He was woven into the fabric of who we are as a family. Nacho brought us so much joy, love & happiness and we are so overwhelmed with the thought of not seeing him again. He slept in our beds, he sat beside us while we worked all day. He travelled with us. He sat right by our feet in the kitchen. Despite tripping over him over and over, we knew there would come a day that we would miss it & that day has come. He had a heart as big as the world, His love was so strong. Everyone who met Nacho could feel it. His paws smelled like nachos He was our best friend. 💔

  3. What a dream. We are still pinching ourselves and can hardly believe that the past week has actually been real life. We’re MARRIED!!! We have been through so much to get to this point, and truly would not change a single thing about the path we took to get here. This part of the wedding is our Catholic ceremony, which was very important to Justin’s family and my dad. What we didn’t expect was how beautiful, heartfelt and ceremonial it would be. Just hearing the church bells ring was so incredibly special. We customized the liturgy so that the readings felt reflective of our relationship and our personalities, and it turned out so beautifully. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible.   1. After five days of scouting and backpack hunting for Kerry’s ram, we hiked back out to base camp to clue up his hunt and start mine. We backpacked into sheep country again, and planned to return to the peaks the next day to make a play on 17 rams that were perched in the summits. Those usually elusive critters had other plans though. To our surprise they started making their way down the face of a mountain. We watched in awe as we had never seen them down that far. We were tempted to go for them once they got out of sight behind a finger, but we knew if they busted us they would blow right out of the valley. The decision not to go paid off, as to our amazement the rams popped over the edge of the finger and started coming right for us. When they went out of sight again we ran (my version of running 🤣) to the edge of the plateau that we were on. As we approached the edge the rams were nowhere to be seen so we knew they had to be right below us. Within a few seconds their backs appeared in the willows at 100 (!) yards. They sensed something was up and began cruising up the mountain near us. I got set up, located the lead ram, and once they stopped to look back I applied my training from @gunwerks Long Range University to get it done on this gorgeous sheep 💥 (more to come on that). The remaining 16 stood on the hillside for several hours, a mere 400 yards from us, as we processed and packed out mine.   2. Once the pack-out was over on my Yukon ram, the journey immediately began toward BC and my first attempt at a Stone sheep. The airplanes kept getting smaller, the weather got colder, and horses became a very welcome sight after a tough backpack hunt. A few days in we spotted a beautiful ram. We sat on the frigid mountain for 7 hours waiting and hoping that he would get closer to us (the landscape prevented us from closing the gap any further). As the day was nearing its end, he got to 560 yards (535 compensated) and once again I applied my @gunwerks Long Range University training to land two perfect shots in quick succession (check my story for the shots). With this ram, I had harvested a Dall, Fannin, Bighorn and Stone in less than a year. You may be dealing with lateral epicondylitis, often linked to: 🔹 Overuse of the forearm muscles 🔹 Gripping the club too tightly 🔹 Casting or scooping through impact Here’s how to address it: ✅ Stretch the forearm musculature (especially the wrist extensors) ✅ Reduce grip tension- “grip it, don’t strangle it”. Can you easily waggle the club head before takeaway? If not, you’re likely gripping too tight. ✅ Strengthen with eccentric exercises: Try a banded wrist extension, focusing on slow, controlled lowering 🔁 12–15 reps | 3–4 sets ➡️ Don’t ignore early signs. This is a common issue in golfers that can escalate if left untreated. Consistency with mobility + strength goes a long way. 📌 Save this if you’ve ever felt elbow discomfort after practice or play.
