There I decided that in 3-5 yrs I would work at “head office” how? I had no idea but I bet on myself. 5 years later I have been Apparel Manager of a Nike Clearance store, Sports Marketing Specialist at Nike Canada headquarters and now the Global Sports Marketing Manager of Tennis Footwear Field Rep at Nike World Headquarters. I’m here as proof to all little black & brown boys & girls that you can do it too. If you told baby keesh that she would working with the worlds greatest athletes & teams and creating lifelong friendships she would have laughed but then said “bet”. happy 5 year Nike-versary to me and 50th to the company that changed my life. It’s only a crazy dream until you do it.

  3. #Repost @behindtheracquet (@get_repost) ・・・ “I was always a bit of an underdog. People saw me as a dangerous opponent who could beat top guys on a good day, but who never really went that deep into tournaments. Nobody truly expected me to be a contender for junior slams, so everyone was pretty surprised that I made four finals, winning two of them in just a year. That obviously changed people's perspectives. It was definitely a lot of pressure, having everyone expecting me to be top 100 right out of juniors. When you have high expectations, you start paying too much attention to the results rather than the process. You start to lose confidence and doubt your abilities, thinking whether or not you'll actually make it. Especially when the health issues set in, it’s easy to get negative. It took a little while to get the bigger results going, but I made steady progress. I had some bad luck in the summer of 2016. I took a trip to Asia, which was around six or seven weeks long. It was right after I lost the last match of the trip. I was supposed to fly out the next day, when I got swarmed by mosquitoes. This ended up giving me a strain of dengue fever, which is basically like mononucleosis. That took me out for about three months which also led to me popping some discs in my back once I tried to play again. The back problems set me back another four months. That confidence I had coming out of juniors and the first year of pros, was not easy to get back.”

Picciotti oggi Spaghetti alla chitarra e ragú di polpo!! .Ricetta⤵️ . 400g polpo (gia pulito) 1 cucchiaio a zuppa di capperi 1/2 cucchiaio a zuppa di pasta di olive nere 80ml di passata di pomodoro (4 cucchiai a zuppa) 1 bicchiere di vino 50g di datterino Prezzemolo tritato 1 carota 1 Costa di restano 2 spicchi d'aglio 1 cipolla grossa Pelare e tagliare finemente una grossa carota, una costa di sedano, una grossa cipolla e 2 spicchi d'aglio che serviranno per il soffritto. Far rosolare a fuoco bassissimo Il soffritto per 20 min. Nel frattempo pulire il polpo tagliarlo in pezzetti non troppo piccoli 1cm/1,5cm. Aggiungere il polpo al soffritto insieme ai datterini, i capperi e la pasta di olive nere, continuare a rosolare a fuoco basso per altri 20min, a questo punto aggiungere un abbondante bicchiere di vino (io Ho usato il rosso) e lasciare evaporare l'alcol. Aggiungere in fine la passata di pomodoro e lasciare sobollire a coperto 1ora o fino a quando il polpo risulta tenero, a seconda della grandezza del taglio. Aggiungere un po d'acqua man.mano che il sugo si asciuga. (Il meno possibile) Aggiungere il prezzemolo tritato, A questo punto mettere l'acqua per la pasta Che andra successivamente scolata al dente per finire la cottura insieme al ragù. Ragazzi,Vi consiglio di cuocere il ragu al minimo e a coperto per preservare il Piu possibile i sapori. Lasciare riposare il sugo una mezz'ora a coperto per permettere alla salsa di ossorbire i profumi del polpo. (Facoltativo). Un' altra cosa, attenti al sale nella cottura della pasta, ad aggiungere ci arriviamo sempre, a togliere diventa problematico.. (io ne ho messo.meno della met à che di solito) Buon appetito!
