What you see on the cylinder is a 👉 **Statutory Testing Due Date**. Every LPG cylinder is periodically tested for safety. Only if it passes the inspection, it is allowed to be refilled and used again. 🔍 How to Read the Code? Example: **D-28** ✅ Letter = Quarter of the Year A → Jan, Feb, Mar B → Apr, May, Jun C → Jul, Aug, Sep D → Oct, Nov, Dec ✅ Number = Year 28 means 2028 So 👉 **D-28** means the cylinder is due for mandatory safety testing between October and December 2028. 📍Where is this code written?   3. ಮಗಳದ್ದು ಪುನರ್ವಸು ನಕ್ಷತ್ರ , ಕರ್ಕಾಟಕ ರಾಶಿ.. ರಾಮ ನವಮಿ ಅವಳ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನ... ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವಳ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಹಬ್ಬ ಇವತ್ತು... ಅವಳ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಇಷ್ಟು ಖುಷಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದ ಸಮಯವೊಂದಿತ್ತು.. ವಿಪರ್ಯಾಸ ನೋಡಿ, ಇವತ್ತು ಅವಳ ವಿಶೇಷ ದಿನದಂದೇ ಅಪ್ಪುವಿನ 5.5 ಮಾಸಿಕ.. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.. ನನಗಂತೂ ಅಪ್ಪುವಿನ ಯಾವ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೂ ಅವಳು ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂತಾ ಅನ್ನಿಸೋದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ... ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಿನಗಳು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದು ನಿಲ್ತಾವೆ! we have to live with it ಅಷ್ಟೇ..

(इलाज शुरू करने का समय) : अस्पताल में नापा BP:140/90 या अधिक घर पर लिया BP : 135/85 या अधिक (लक्ष्य: अधिकांशतः bp 130/80 से कम होना चाहिए) बीपी कैसे चेक करें? 1. घर की रीडिंग अस्पताल से बेहतर है।अधिकांश स्वचालित बीपी उपकरण ठीक होते हैं।ऐसा खरीदें जो बांह पर फिट हो (कलाई पर नहीं) 2. यदि बाह पर कपड़े मोटे या तंग हों तो उन्हें हटा दें। बीपी cuff इतना टाइट होना चाहिए कि केवल एक उंगली अंदर जा सके। 3. पिशाब करके ५ मिनिट आराम से बैठें। 4. ध्यान रखें एक घंटे पूर्व चाय कॉफी धूम्रपान न लिया हो। 5. एक कुर्सी पर पीठ टीका कर आराम से बैठें, 6. दोनों पैरों को फर्श पर सीधा रखें 7. एक टेबल पर कोहनी के नीचे तकिया रख कर उसे थोड़ा उठा दे। जांच के दौरान बात न करें. 8. पहली रीडिंग को अनदेखा कर दें, अगली दो रीडिंग का औसत लें। 9. एक बार सवेरे ( गोली लेने से पूर्व) जांच करें और शाम को दोबारा जांच करें। 10. एक हफ़्ते का यह चार्ट अपने डॉक्टर को दें। नमक युक्त भोजन, तंबाकू और शराब से परहेज करें। वजन नियंत्रण, नियमित व्यायाम, प्राणायाम, अच्छी नींद और अच्छा मूड हमारे बीपी को ठीक रखने में मदद करते हैं। क्या आप खर्राटे लेते हैं ? अपने जीवनसाथी से पूछें। स्लीप एपनिया (Obstructive Sleep Apnoea) का पता लगाने के लिए हमें अपनी नींद की जाँच ( sleep study) कराना चाहिए। स्लीप एपनिया अनियंत्रित हाई बीपी का एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण कारण है।इसके इलाज से मरीज़ों को बहुत फ़ायदा होता है। अपने और अपने सभी परिवार वालों का आज BP अवश्य जाँच करायें। आशा है यह जानकारी आपको स्वस्थ रहने में मदद करे। आप सभी स्वस्थ और प्रसन्न रहें। अगले हफ़्ते चर्चा करेंगे किसी और विषय पर। आप सभी स्वस्थ रहें. शांति के इन क्षणों के लिए प्रभु को धन्यवाद दें। शुभकामनाएँ 🙏🙏 डॉ भारत रावत इंदौर हार्ट क्लब 🌱🌱

  3. करीब १-२ लाख धावकों को मैराथॉन दौड़ने के दौरान हो सकता है कार्डियक अरेस्ट। विश्व की पहली मैराथॉन : क़रीब 500 ईसा पूर्व में फिडिपीडेस का दौड़ना-फिडिपीडेस नामक एक यूनानी संदेशवाहक ने युनानियों के जीत की खुशी की खबर को एथेंस तक पहुँचाने के लिए मैराथन ( एक स्थल ) से एथेंस तक की दौड़ लगाई।इसकी दूरी करीब २६ मील थी। वह अंतिम क्षण में मर गया। मेडीकल साईंस में इसे फिडिपीडेस सिंड्रोम भी कहा जाता है । इंदौर मैराथॉन में कल सवेरे हुई इस घटना का सभी को बहुत दुख है । प्रत्यक्ष वहाँ हो कर भी इस बालक को न बचा पाने का मुझे बहुत अफ़सोस है। कुछ जानने योग्य बातें- कार्डियक अरेस्ट के वक्त CPR के दो भाग होते हैं : 1. BLS Basic Life Support ( जो तुरंत किसी भी सामान्य व्यक्ति को देना आना चाहिए) इसका काम मुख्य रूप से Brain death को रोकना होता है। 2. ALS Advance Life Support ( जिसमें मेडिकल टीम इक्विपेंट को काम लेते हुए इलाज करती है ) कार्डियक अरेस्ट के दौरान CPR की सफलता शॉक देने वाली मशीन (AED) के वहाँ होने और उसके उपयोग पर निर्भर होती है। इसलिए हर एम्बुलेंस में AED / defibrillator का होना जरूरी है। बहुत देर तक बिना शॉक दिए कार्डियक अरेस्ट के मरीज़ को सिर्फ़ चेस्ट कंप्रेशन के द्वारा जीवित नहीं रखा जा सकता है। 🙏 डॉ भारत रावत, मेदांता अस्पताल इंदौर
