It’s been a busy weekend but I had to make a dessert for after Sunday lunch and this vegan chocolate orange cheesecake definitely fit the bill 🍫 🍊 I took inspiration from @sophie.bullimore and ordered the cutest orange segment moulds to make the chocolate orange segments using my fav free from chocolate, good old Bournville. I tried a different recipe this time and added @elmlea_ukie plant double cream so it’s more mousse like than cheesecake like, it’s so light and delicious but the problem is it’s less filling so I’ve eaten double the quantity 🤣 This one could easily be made gluten free too with gluten free biscuits for the base 👍 Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend! #dairyfree #dairyfreerecipes #vegan #veganrecipes #veganbaking #vegancheesecake #dairyfreecheesecake #chocolateorange #chocolateorangecheesecake #cwmbran Ingredients: 300g digestive biscuits crushed 100g stork block (melted) 400g dairy free cream cheese alternative (I used @violife_foods) 100g icing sugar 2 tbsp cocoa powder 270ml elmlea plant 200g dairy free chocolate 2 tsp orange extract Method: 1️⃣ crush biscuits and mix with melted stork before pressing into an 8” springform form 2️⃣ beat cream cheese with sifted icing sugar, cocoa and 1 tsp of the orange extract until light and fluffy 3️⃣ whisk elmlea with an electric whisk for 4-5 minutes until stiff peaks form 4️⃣ fold into cream cheese mixture before stirring through 100g of melted dairy free chocolate 5️⃣add to base and refrigerate overnight to set 6️⃣ to decorate melt 50g of dairy free chocolate and mix with 1 tsp orange extract before filling an orange segment mould (this made 12 for me) 7️⃣ drizzle any remaining chocolate over the top for decoration as shown

  3. Allow me to reintroduce myself… My name is Shanelle. I grew up with in a single parent home and owe so much to the woman who raised me, who I unfortunately lost at a young age to cancer. I had a passion for playing football, and managed to play at the highest possible level. Representing my local club Cardiff city for almost 10 years and my country at all age groups. My dream was to play collegiate soccer in the US which I also achieved! I did some traveling in my early twenties and returned home and worked hard to become a homeowner. I self taught property strategies and became a qualified property finance advisor. I have now helped hundreds of people grow a portfolio that they can use the additional income however they wish.
