  3. I still don’t know why... but the moment I stepped into darshan, my eyes became wet I wasn’t sad, I wasn’t stressed... yet my heart felt something powerful. It felt like my soul was speaking before I could say anything. As if God already knew everything l’ve been carrying silently. I couldn’t control the tears, I just let them flow. And later, when I sat down and looked at the gopuram shining in pure gold,my eyes filled again... the tears just came out on their own. . . If you are in the same situation, this is to tell you that you are not alone and that this time will pass. My daughter’s acid reflux left me very frustrated and angry. I was pumping breast milk day and night and she was not even benefitting from it. I just could not do anything, except wait and hope for her to not spit up again. Thankfully, the medication worked like magic and she looked and felt better with very minor spit ups, similar to any other baby. And not everyone has similar resources. Do what comes easily to you. 🍽️KEEP IT SIMPLE: Very elaborate and time taking recipes don’t work in the long run. It’s okay sometimes, but don’t make it a daily affair. Kids will fuss if you lower the bar later. It’s also okay to repeat food at times. 🍽️TRY TO FEED FROM FAMILY POT: It is so much better this way. And seeing family members, babies are more likely to enjoy the meal. 🍽️WHY HIDE VEGGIES?: Let them develop a a taste for all appropriate food items. Offer everything and from the very start. 🍽️ SIMPLE SNACKING: Heavy snacks can kill appetite for main meals and you also cannot be cooking all day. 🍽️BAD DAYS: Even good eaters give you bad days, and it happens with all of us.
