One, two years later after heavy or micro dozing, people are unable to sleep more than 4 hours in three days. I've seen how people (close friends and acquaintances) have taken LSD and likes so lightly and messed with something so powerful. It is playing havoc with some of my friends and they see no way out: These friends are brilliant, kind, centered and ethical people. The *new ego* rises to the occasion and suppresses the old one.. This new persona is restless, unable to deeply emote. Uncomfortable in his own skin. Unable to go home base (natural state) and deal with the real issues.. We see it clearly every time we meet such innocent victims: People don't realize we have several egos in holding. The *new one* is elected to be 'us'. When this one is broken or fucks up badly, a new ego arrives. U will noticed that stuff sometimes occurs after terrible accidents, Coma, Rape etc... People usually use the term "gone mad". You must never get blasted out of your 'home' base - especially if you do not know what's in the stuff, how much to take, and who will guide you if you get lost: what is the intention of the person guiding u..? So many innocent people get manipulated.. Better to induce trance states naturally - with no substances: (fasting helps) it's the first state of discipline in life.. Sad thing is that people think they were doing a wonderful thing by taking huge doses and *'seeing the light'* They will have lost the trust of their psyches ... that beautiful bond between self and self that children and animals know and celebrate so well: Rest is continued in the comments section..

Question asked to me number of times: How can you be so fit (and not gain weight) after so much eating outside food in travelling?🤭 ~ Honest Answer: For me “Being Healthy is more important THAN Being Thin”🌸 And that’s what I promote to my patients and my clients. ~ Just because someone is thin- doesn’t mean that you can abuse your body with lots of junk food & crazy eating habits. Mindfulness is important to each & every one of us😊 ~ When I travel or when I eat outside- I always balance with good food. For example- Khichdi, dal-rice, Salads, Avocado 🥑, Hummus, etc are part of my everyday food. Somewhere & whenever I get these options- I make sure I have it- to balance and to give my gut some break from all those heavy food🙂It doesn’t mean I don’t indulge but I am just being MINDFUL of what I eat.
