Préchauffez le four à 180ºC. Déposez les betteraves et la tête d’ail sur une grande feuille de papier aluminium, ajoutez un filet d’huile d’olive, du sel et du poivre. Refermez le papier alu puis enfournez pendant 50min-1h. 2. Faites cuire les pâtes al dente selon les instructions du paquet. 3. Dans un blender, ajoutez les betteraves rôties, l’ail, la ricotta, le parmesan, le jus de citron, la feta, le sel, le poivre et les herbes séchées. Mixez jusqu’à obtenir une sauce bien lisse et crémeuse. 4. Versez la sauce sur les pâtes et mélangez bien. In the 2nd picture I posted above ^ …I couldn’t stop laughing that they put me in a robe for my X-ray- I thought it was so dramatic. A couple days later I was diagnosed with head & neck cancer. I have always been a healthy person, and was an athlete my entire life. I’m a Pilates instructor and I teach people how to live healthy lives 🌱 There’s nothing I did wrong and nothing that could have prevented it. It’s just the luck of the draw. But it is something I will FIGHT. Here’s a snippet of the last few weeks… It has definitely turned our lives upside down. I am starting treatment and ask people to respect my privacy during this extremely difficult time. This is all I’m willing to share at the moment and ask everybody to keep their questions to themselves. xx The day I was diagnosed I made Dave swear that he would continue to fight and that this will not take over our lives together. Dave will be fighting on December 13 and I am so proud of him🥊 He will be fighting for me, and I’ll be fighting right beside him ❤️ like I said, it will be such a memorable night.

  2. Still me. Just stronger. For those who have been following my journey from day one, you’ve seen the progression. Day by day, little by little , step by step, I’ve been working on myself, both internally and externally. I’ve been leaning into my self, learning to love all the parts, especially the ones I have ignoring and always had trouble accepting. I’m holding space for myself, being soft with those tender wounds which are slowly healing. I’m listening to my body when it tells me what it needs; slowing down and giving it mental and physical nutrients; destroying the false narratives I’ve built caused by deep wounds and past traumas. I’ve lost several friends that once held a seat at my table while I’ve been on my journey, but that was the Universe/God removing people that never truly held space for me as I did for them. But those seats are now being filled with new people that see my true self. Trust me, it’s been hard, emotional and messy work. And to those who left, who didn't bother ask but instead assumed, thank you creating space so that others who align with me benefit from my energy and what I have to offer. I'm still evolving, growing and healing. I am still on this journey. I may never be 100% healed but that doesn’t really matter. What matters is that I started; I finally recognized there was a problem. And I might have started later than most, at age 50, but I began the process. The time of beginning doesn’t matter; what matters is that I took a leap of faith and started the process. For those who think it’s too hard, who think they don’t have the time or strength, don’t listen to the lies. You are capable of amazing, beautiful things.
