The excitement is in the rush, the thrill, the emergencies and what I may call the ‘craze’. It is in Obstetrics that I saw a patient’s heart. And I don’t mean this medically. You will look at a pregnant patient and her heart will call your name. No sleep during calls. Pacifying anxious patient relatives. Announcing the birth of a child. Predicting outcomes of a three trimester journey.
