High protein brownie batter mug cake: Ingredients: (makes 2) 1 cup oats 2 scoops chocolate protein 2 eggs 1 ripe banana 1/2 cup preferred milk 2 TBSP preferred nut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking powder Pinch salt Chocolate chips- I did no sugar added by (Optional) TBSP maple syrup if you want sweeter) In a blender, combine everything except the chocolate chips and blend until well combined and then add chocolate chips and then distribute in 2 greased 12 oz ramekins (I sprayed with avocado oil) and bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes and enjoy! This recipe is if you have a active sourdough starter, however, if you don’t have one, I got you. 🤟🏻 Comment the word “STARTER” and I’ll send you a quick video on how you can make one at home with only 2 ingredients! Ingredients: 1/4 cup starter 4 & 1/4 cup flour- I use @kingarthurbaking organic all purpose 2 & 1/4 cups water 1 TBSP salt Pour 1/4 cup of your starter into a glass container and add 1/4 cup room temp water and 1/4 cup of flour and allow to sit on your counter for about 90 minutes and has doubled in size. Once ready, pour your starter into a mixing bowl and add 2 cups water, 4 cups flour, and 1 TBSP salt. Mix well and cover with a damp towel or cheese cloth. Over the next 12 hours, you will want to stretch and fold (literally just stretch the dough out on the side and fold it into the other side- this eliminates the need for kneading) the dough about 6-8 times to help strengthen the gluten and gently incorporate air into the dough which will help it rise. Place your dutch oven into the oven and then set the oven to 450° F. Once preheated, open the dutch oven and place parchment paper and bread dough inside, cover, and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove lid and bake for an addition 10-20 minutes depending on your desired color and crust. Allow to cool and then enjoy! Note: If you don’t have a dutch oven, put into a pot with lid. It may not rise as well, but it will work!

  3. A golden milk latte (or traditional haldi doodh) is one of my favorite caffeine free afternoon pick me ups for PCOS (and modern life in general!) This bev is so warming and cozy, and super easy if you happen to have pumpkin spice seasoning around because it uses most of the same flavors! If you can make your with fresh turmeric and ginger, props to you, that is totally the best way to go but this is my easy peasy dried seasoning option. I use: 2 cups almond milk 1 ounce full fat coconut milk 2-2.5 tsp turmeric 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp ginger Crack of black pepper 1 scoop collagen protein powder Optional sweetener- if you want this on the low sugar side for PCOS you could use liquid monk fruit or just a dash of maple syrup. I am running another round of the balanced bites challenge, starting next week!!!! An inability to pray, read the Word, or worship 9️⃣ Sudden onset behavioral issues in kids that are out of character and out of nowhere 🔟 Rest feels impossible (always on edge, never settled) Anointing is not a ritual. It’s a declaration of jurisdiction. It’s a declaration of victory enforced. Oil marks what belongs to God. It draws a line in the Spirit. When you anoint a home, you are declaring: This ground is consecrated. This atmosphere is governed. My family is covered. This space is off-limits. Take oil. Mark your doors. Declare the Word. Things other kids brush off make them grieve, cry, or ask hard questions. 3️⃣They like to withdraw by themselves. �Not because they’re weak or isolating themselves, but because they process spiritually and emotionally at a deep level. 4️⃣They ask spiritual questions early.�Heaven, God, good vs evil, purpose, death, eternity. They’re deeply in tune with spiritual realities. 5️⃣They’ve been under attack since the moment they were conceived or just a little thing. The attack may have appeared on the mom during pregnancy or the postpartum period because you birthed a prophetic arrow with an anointing, a calling, and a destiny that is a threat to darkness. 6️⃣Their mind often comes under attack because their mind is divinely gifted and anointed. They may struggle with fear, anxiety, believing lies, etc. 7️⃣They experience more issues, attacks, or health attacks than your other children. The enemy attacks those whose destiny is great. The ones who will be biggest chain breakers often face the biggest attacks. You may notice the prophetic child struggles stomach aches, headaches, or anxiety more than your others kids. 8️⃣ They’re emotionally intense but also incredibly compassionate. Big feelings, but big mercy. They feel emotions and emotional pain more than other kids. That’s not immaturity. It’s intercession training. They literally feel and experience the Father’s heart for His children. 9️⃣They may tell you they see things, they may have vivid dreams, or they will share with you their revelation.   1. It’s hard to be pregnant with other kids at home. Because the expectations as a mother are still the same, but you're doing it with half the energy. And no one else will clean the house and tackle that huge pile of laundry because your joints hurt and your ankles are swollen. And no one's taking care of ALL THE THINGS for you, so you're spending most of the day on your feet: playing chase, carrying everything and them, and keeping up with your elder kid's busy schedules. And when one of your children is on the ground at the store having a fit, no one will lift him for you. You'll have to pull him over your big belly while he's kicking, crying, and screaming, all while trying to calm him down. Every part of mothering becomes harder when you're pregnant, mentally and physically. Because both pregnancy and parenting are hard work, so when combined, it can feel like you’re doing everything wrong at times. But give yourself grace. It's okay to put your children in front of a screen so you can take a midday nap. It's okay to give them mini muffins and a kiss as you rush them out the door because you overslept AGAIN.   2. On June 13, 2026, Carly Faye Douglas stepped into complete glory, in her final resting place. She met her Maker and Savior face to face, and her arms are full with her two Heaven babies. Carly fought cancer with grit and determination; while being full of hope and always pointing anyone who would listen, back to God, the One who held her in the palm of His hand. Carly was joy personified, pure sunshine. It felt as though her smile was permanently stitched on her face and her laugh was constantly waiting to bubble out of her. To be known by Carly Faye, was to be loved by Carly Faye. She treasured her children and savored every moment with them, soaking up every last drop of giggles and hugs until the very end. Being River, Faye, and Townes’ mother was her greatest honor and joy. Carly loved her husband, David, with everything she had. Her best friend, her person, the man she could not wait to see walk through the door every evening. Their love was deep and wide and permeated every inch of their lives and home. Carly loved her parents deeply, and family was always incredibly important to her. She shared an especially treasured bond with her mom, who was not only a parent but her best friend and the ultimate comfort through every season of life. We are devastated for us here, without her. The Carly sized hole left in her family and friends’ lives will never be filled. But, we do not grieve without hope. We know she is whole, complete, and the most joyful, radiant version of herself.
