I got to try his signature dishes - Pollo a la Brasa and Barley Risotto 😋 and they were FANTASTIC! * Pollo a la Brasa with Tortilla Combo set It was my first time tasting Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian style roast chicken) and its another level! This is without a doubt one of the most delicious chickens I have ever eaten! Seriously the Peruvian knows what to do with this protein. The chicken was succulent and loaded with flavors. I can tell that it’s been brined with full of herb and spices that seems to cling to the skin even after roasting. It is aromatic too. I would loosely describe it as perfectly seasoned, savory, and just as juicy as one can imagine. And let me add this:  I have never seen my little man, Edward devour chicken as fast as he did this Pollo a la Brasa!  And he kept asking for more and more! The Tortilla combo set comes with Salsa criolla and 3 kinds of sauces; Aji Verde, White Garlic sauce and Aji Rojo. I have tried this Argentinian salsa a few times before but Chef Kiev’s version is exquisite! It went so well with the chicken and tortilla wrap. yum! It also comes with yuca fries (cassava fries). These yuca fries are golden crispy on the outside but soft and deliciously chewy inside. This healthier alternative to french fries has distinctive flavor to it that tells you its not a potato which makes it quite different and worthy of a try. * And lastly. my personal favorite, the Barley Risotto. It was the bomb! Creamy risotto made with barley instead of traditional rice, with bacon, mushrooms and leeks. Barley is rich in fiber and nutrients and it also make a killer creamy and complexly flavored risotto. It tastes absolutely heavenly! Family adventure ❤l • • • On Wednesday we travelled down south to go to peppa pig world which turned into a nightmare what should of been a 5 hour drive took 12hours due to breaking down on the motorway so we missed our first day there 😢▪︎ thankfully we booked the short break package which included 1 day entry plus 1 free days access to the park and hotel for the night which was amazing so we didn't miss put on much 😀▪︎when we finally arrived @holidayinn the staff were great so nice and friendly the boys both got free cookies and milk for bed and an activity pack and we got a free breakfast in the morning🥳▪︎on Thursday we arrived @paultonspark were peppa pig world is we explained to the staff member on the gates what had happend on the Wednesday he said not to worry we can go back on the Friday if we wished to so we didn't miss out on the first day I was so happy about that...seeing hunters and graysons faced was amazing the wait times was only between 5-10 minutes for each ride which wasn't bad at all▪︎ we enjoyed icecream from miss rabbits ice cream parlor and seen peppa pig and George the peppa pig shop was fantastic loads of choices to buy from I even managed to buy hunter one of his birthday presents 🥰 on a whole definitely recommend peppa pig world to everyone of you on our Instagram page 🤗 #peppapigworld #paultonspark #familytime
