I will post here my journey of a full achilles tendon rupture (right leg). I ruptured on June 8th, 2016 playing pickleball and after a lot of research decided to go with non-operative (conservative) treatment. I am following a protocol designed by Dr. Bruce Twaddle and am under care of doctor and physical therapist team at University of Washington Sports Medicine.
