  3. RESTART S’il y a bien une chose que je pense maîtriser c’est le recommencement et la transformation de mes moments les plus sombres . . Je peux sortir de l’abîme émotionnelle , Physique et psychologique. Ma capacité à m’adapter et à parfois intégrer les choses dans le décor ont fait de moi une personne plus émotive c’est sur mais 😊; cette capacité d’adaptation m’ont vraiment fait comprendre que LA BIENVEILLANCE, LA GENTILLESSE, LA LOYAUTÉ , LE SOURIRE sont des valeurs universelles . Ses derniers mois n’ont pas été de tout repos . Vous pouvez me croire où non 🫣 Mais ils m’ont permis de faire un tri remarquable sur ma barrière relationnelle. Et je puis vous dire que tant qu’on n’est pas six pieds sous terre que le changement est toujours possible quand il y a une once de motivation et de vouloir . .
