  3. some recent updates to my journal ecosystem, if you’re into that sort of thing → #journalinspiration added a new leather journal cover from @craftedbypalisky to the line up & adorned it with glass beads from a necklace i thrifted. also finally tried the Penco.official clamps and they’re a game-changer. added lots of thrifted charms from my recent $50 jewelry bag video to my original leather journal cover. forgot to show this in my last ecosystem video, but this is a @stalogy_official notebook (not sure how i feel about them yet) i thrifted with a postcard of helen frankenthaler’s “small’s paradise” i taped on the front. in it, i hold my annual birthday aura photos. said birthday aura photos. this was year “33” 🌈 @leuchtturm1917us sketchbook that i use as my dream journal, where i’ve been practicing drawings and colored pencils + @fabercastellglobal colored pencils (purchasing these was an exercise in allowing my inner child to delight in whatever she wanted, no matter the cost or if she was “good enough” yet. then i thrifted this book & love it! already coffee stained from an accident, but i think it adds character added a tomoe river notebook and i can 100% say they’re worth the hype. i’m using the last notebook as a personal anthology journal basically a collection of what’s inspiring me recently—books, quotes, films, etc. + some collaborative artwork by wynn and me. purchased two planners (discounted because it’s already July) to see how i like each, including the famous @hobonichi_global cousin. i fear i’m obsessed! i am using it mostly for daily writing/ memory keeping. will report back!

This will allow the hair to dry more even and quickly. ❤️ Before taking your roller completely out after drying, check to see if it’s indeed dry. A way to check this is to undo the roller just about a half a finger. Look for the hair to form an “s” shape, this means it is dry and ready to unroll. This will prevent “cakey” looking makeup; ensuring the skin stays looking fresh and glowy. I also always layer a light oil controlling primer through the t zone to prevent oil breaking through and breaking up the makeup. layering: make sure your products layer well together. Too much silicone will “slip” off the face and lightweight water based products will absorb within a few hours, leaving the skin looking patchy. finishing: layer a hydrating spray under a longwear spray.
