  1. I finally gathered enough courage to reveal this secret I’ve been keeping for over an year. When I first started Munystaste, I thought I was finally recovered , I had a purpose and I was ready to fight back . I was diagnosed with Alopecia areata, on October 2019. My doctors attributed it to stress. I lost over 90% of my hair, I was on steroids for 8 months, followed by steroid injections on my scalp. This was all happening at once during the outbreak of corona virus . By Nov 2019, my hair grew back. During the lockdown, I continued to learn about the connection between autoimmune health and overall wellbeing. I transformed my eating habits, nutrition and workout routine. Sacrifices had to made, I was on steroids at a time when everyone was concerned about their health. At the time, my husband was the resort Manager at Medhufushi Island Resort. He worked for the AAA hotels& resorts for 15 years. After his resignation he stayed home to take care of me. We knew It was almost impossible to get any kind of employment during the pandemic. I reached out to my family, with the help of my dearest aunt @ahdihan and few friends we came up with a strategy that would keep me occupied at home. Within an year my hair grew back . I knew I had a purpose, and I was determined . We came up with Munystaste in the beginning of November 2020. Unfortunately things didn’t go as planned, my hair started falling out again just when everything was running smoothly. I didn’t want anyone to know I was silently suffering, my family & close friends already knew. I saw no point in sharing this with the public. I had documented everything that happened to me since 2016. I took this time to find out what really triggered alopecia the second time. I did a lot of research and I realized the bitter truth. Yes I’ve truly known how pain inflicted by friends & loved ones could affect ones health & wellbeing. . I urge every single person who reads this post to be kind to everyone.   2. I consulted 5 different gynecologists and, I must say Dr.Nusra was the only doctor who took the time to explain why it had to be a cesarean instead of a normal delivery. It’s ok to feel nervous about a cesarean because it is an extremely serious surgery. Almost 2 months after the surgery and every time I see the incision, I feel so relieved knowing that my doctor did an amazing job. P.S Hugs to Dr.Nusra & her team for having captured every moment of my baby girl's birth on camera, 😘 🥰
