  1. Seven social tips I taught my kids! It's all about being others focused! Thank you, Catie for joining me! 1. Don't Monolouge. 2. Be an attentive listener. 3. Take care not to interrupt. 4. Call people by their names. 5. Dress to impress- don't be sloppy. 6. Look people in the eyes. It's respectful. 7. Greet people when they come in a room and make sure to introduce people (I forgot to say this in the video!). We would love to hear your comments and important social tips you taught or think are important! #parenting #important #socialskills

  2. Seven things I taught my daughter! We are the models for our daughters attitude, behavior and the way they carry themselves and interact with others! Some important ones... 1. Be the nice girl! Be kind and don't get involved in the girl drama. 2. Dress modestly. The attention should be on your face! It's shows who you really are! 3. Eat well and eat plenty of nutritious food! You don't have to be hungry. 4. Build others up and be an encourager. Always be genuine and authentic. Include others and don't be exclusive. 5. Be an initiator. Go meet your professors. Introduce yourself. Reach out to others. Be engaged in class and with your friends. 6. Communicate well. If there is a problem, get ahead of it and talk it out. Don't let things fester. So many situations will be resolved in a positive way simply by communication. Also, don't give the silent treatment! 7. Know your identity. You are a child of God. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. That doesn't change based on circumstances! Be confident, but not self centered. Your confidence is not for self, but to share and lift others up! #parenting #motherdaughter #girls #positiveparenting

  3. Being an empty nester means changing how we parent! This is our approach and the environment we are fostering! I'd love to know your thoughts and ideas! #emptynest #parenting #love #prayer

  3. After six cumulative years, I am closing my chapter at TikTok. ❣️ I still remember my first day. It was the very beginning of COVID, and we were TikTok’s first virtual onboarding cohort. We met in a parking lot — 6 feet apart, masks on — just to pick up our laptops. That was day one. In the early days, my job was convincing brands why TikTok was the platform to be on. I leave having spent years educating brands on how to TikTok. That full circle moment is significant to me, and I am deeply grateful for every chapter in between. I returned as a boomerang, and both stints shaped me in ways I will carry forever. Across six years, I wore many hats — from Brand Partnerships and the first BPM on the Apparel & Accessories vertical to Creative Ops Partner leading Food, Beverage & Alcohol accounts for the US and Canada. But the roles were never the best part. The people were. I am taking a short, intentional break to spend time with my kids and reset before jumping back in. When I do, I am looking for a team that can leverage my decade of experience across creative strategy, brand partnerships, advertiser enablement, and operations. If that sounds like your organization, let’s connect. 🫶🏼

  1. Cait and Michael originally envisioned their wedding in Italy, but realized they could include more of their loved ones by hosting it in Austin. When they stumbled upon Villa Antonia, it sealed the deal. The European inspired escape from the city set the tone for the evening. Al fresco dinners are a rare treat here in Texas, so I was excited to capture this elevated perspective of the romantic ambience! #austinweddingphotographer #austinphotographer #austinengagementphotos #austinfilmphotographer #atxphotographer #bridesofaustin #austinweddings #austinengagement #hillcountrywedding #lucystruveweddings #texasweddingphotographer #texasfilmphotographer #houstonweddingphotographer #houstonwedding #dallasweddingphotographer #dallasengagement #dallaswedding #dfwphotographer #bridesofnorthtexas #nycweddingphotographer #nycfilmphotographer #losangelesweddingphotographer #destinationweddingphotographer #destinationwedding #lakecomowedding #tuscanywedding #droneweddingphotography
