  1. The cutest video you’ll see today 😂❤️

  2. Today, I turn 23🫧 It’s more than just a number, it’s a testimony. A quiet celebration of all battles I’ve fought, the tears I’ve wiped in silence, and the strength I’ve found in places I didn’t know existed. I look back, not just at the years, but at the journey, one paved with both pain and purpose, and always held together by grace. Through it all, one truth has never changed🥺 God has been with me. In the moments I felt unseen, He saw me. In the days I felt weak, He was my strength. When I didn’t have the words to pray, He heard my heart. His blessings have carried me, even when I didn’t feel worthy. His love has been the steady hand guiding me forward. Thank you God for never leaving🥺 I mean he never leave!!!!💕 Gurlllll you’ve walked through moments you thought would break you!!. Nights that seemed endless, Seasons of silence, confusion, and self-doubt but here you are🥺 still standing, Still becoming, Still growing like tffffff!!! You’ve shed pieces of yourself that were too small for who you are now!! Yuhhhh💅 you’ve unlearned, relearned, and let go. You’ve learned to listen to your voice over the noise, to trust the process, even when you couldn’t see where it was going. You’re ot yet the woman you dream of being, but I know you can feel her, In your grace, In your choices, In the way you show up even when it’s hard. She’s no longer a distant vision, she’s in you!! growing with you, shaped by the fire you’ve survived and the love you’ve chosen to give to yourself and the world🌍 To the younger me: thank you for holding on. To the present me: I’m proud of you. To the future me: I’m coming babyyyyyyyyy!!!!🫧 So here’s to year 23— A year of clarity, courage, softness, and strength. A year of continuing the becoming. And above all, a year of me. . 💄: @paul_glam Dress: @preciousanazodo_official 📸: @toniegrapher Hair: @_hairby_nana Styled by: @nicolasthestylist

  2. Happy Sunday 😍❤️ Sunday Meal Prep for a stress free week. Every Sunday I make a few versatile staples that I can mix and match throughout the week. In one big batch of minced beef , I can make beef salad , lettuce wraps , cabbage wraps ,sweet potatoes and beef sauce , or whatever I am craving that day. Prepping gives me variety without having to cook from scratch every single time. I do this for a couple of hours on Sundays means the rest of my week becomes a whole lot easier.
