For us, it meant a wild emotional roller coaster as John, myself and his staff attempted figuring out, month after month, how to reinvent & get creative in keeping the bar alive. From daily to go platter specials, to boozy snowballs, to ‘to-go-sas,’ to the most recent sensation: CANNED DK BOMBS (yes, you read that right - you’ve GOTTA try one!!) 💣💥 After nearly a full year, we reached the point of ultimate worry only to, on top of everything, be ‘delighted’ with our surprise car 🔥fire/explosion🔥 in the middle of the night just before the new year, leaving us with the thought, ‘can it really get any worse?!’ #CUE2021 . . . HUGE SHOUTOUT TO @stoolpresidente + @barstoolsports and ALL those involved in selecting our second home, @dontknowtavern as a recipient for the @barstoolfund !!! ‼️‼️‼️ Literally the answer to the prayers we shared every night together. For the first time in a long time, we feel like we’re going to be okay. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 The kindness, humility and blessings through calls, messages, Instagram posts and more that we have received these past 24 hours from all those we know (and some that don’t) that love & support us has been quite literally, indescribable. 💕✨💕✨ Thankful and ESPECIALLY grateful for our DK family - NONE of this could have been possible or would have been the same without each other to lean on. 🌎💗 We’re still in total shock, but can’t wait to do big things & continue to pay it forward with this incredible second chance and support we’ve been given. 💕✨💕✨ CHEERS to *hopefully* only looking up from here !!! 🙌🏼🎉☺️💕🙏🏼✨💫

That was the enemy dragging me to some dark places. God had other plans over the enemy! I have been making an impact through my artistry…1 BEAUTY EXPERIENCE at a time!!
