  3. 📊Annual update on my fitness journey 2020 covid version. This year has been weird where there were a couple of months I was working out at home. Finally got back to my routine lately workout and take barrys bootcamp here and there. I did hit 188lbs so my goal next year will be 195-200 pounds :) 💪 🏋️ . . . . . . . . . Measurements - 2020  Chest - 39  7/8   (grew an inch) Shoulder broadness - 50.5 (grew an inch-ish) Right Arm relax - 14.5 flex 15.5 Left arm relaxed - 14 flex 15 1/8 Hips - 38.5 Right mid thigh - 22  Left mid thigh - 22.25 . . . . . . . . . . My goal for next year is to get 195lbs and 8-10% body fat. I still haven't hit 4 plates bench but definitely need to do it in 2021. WORK HARD. PUSH YOURSELF. STAY CONSISTENT. BE PATIENT. The factory + school of tomorrow brings back jeans making, tailoring, and repairing in San Francisco, on 1059 Market Street. After San Francisco’s Vacant to Vibrant program, @marketstreetarts partnered with @julianprincedash to bring the @holystitchfactoryfellowship headquarter back to Market Street, featuring the storefront’s eye-catching logo and wallpaper designs by Geary and Hyde Designs. Listen to Julian’s speech during the Grand Opening fanfare, when he set up the tone for Holy Stitch to become an integral creative hub for the city. After his speech, Matt Dorsey gave Julian a Certificate of Honor as the Official Denim Clothier of District 6 Board of Supervisors Office. Many best wishes to Julian and Holy Stitch!
